Domaine de Chassorney
This Pinot Noir comes from a plot with a steep, south-southeast-facing terroir located between 280 and 400 meters above sea level in the Saint-Romain appellation. The soils are primarily marl, limestone, and clay. The grapes macerate in whole bunches. Aging takes place for approximately one year in barrels.
A natural wine with no added sulfites.
Les Vignes de Jeannot Red 2017
This red wine from the Beaujolais-Villages appellation (of course, 100% Gamay), offering a more than reasonable price-quality ratio, comes from old vines that belonged to Jean Chemarin, ancestor of our current winemaker: hence the name on the label. A freshness that is explained by the altitude of the plot (450 meters). This wine has undergone two years of aging, half in vats and the other half in Burgundy barrels. He is charming, captivating, fruity, with beautiful notes of strawberry.

Nicolas Chemarin, nicknamed "P'tit Grobis" as a resident of Marchampt (Beaujolais), is the fourth generation of winemaker on his family wine estate in the Beaujolais-Villages appellation, on a land full of stones where he crafts wines of surprising depth and sincerity. In 2005, he took over two hectares of vines from his father and in 2006 he signed his first vintages. In 2008, he acquired other vines and decided to devote himself solely to his estate, whose terroir, very steep, consists of rocky and poor soils on a gray granite rock. The vines rest on the bedrock through very thin soil, and their roots plunge deep into the rock. Depending on the soil configuration, the vines are pruned in goblet or raised on stakes. Their average age is eighty years. The grape varieties, Gamay and Chardonnay, are classically Beaujolais. Nicolas also cultivates two other terroirs in the Régnié appellation: Les Bullats, with light, filtering sandy soils, and La Haute Ronze, very close to Morgon, whose deeper, clayey soils produce full-bodied wines. The vintages undergo long macerations (from 18 to 30 days) with punching down and temperature control (Nicolas works cold, around 20°C). Aging is partially done in temperature-controlled concrete vats for a third, the remaining two-thirds being spent in barrels of four to ten wines to provide oxygenation but little or no oaky sensation. Nicolas Chemarin is already well known in the natural world for his sweet and fruity vintages, pleasure wines, and for vintages from difficult and magnificent terroirs, with admirable and complex mineral, aromatic and spicy notes.

Madloba Blanc ("thank you" in Georgian, referring to the birthplace of the vine and its terracotta aging) is a blend of 50% Marsanne and 50% Viognier. The vines are planted at an altitude of 350 meters, on a hillside plot with granite and black mica soils. The wine is aged for one year in qvevri, amphorae buried in the cellar in the Georgian style.

Aubunite Sparkling Red 2016
La Sorga
A blend of 80% Aubunite and about 20% Aramon, with a little Auvergne Gamay and Carignan, grape varieties sourced mostly from the limestone sands around Carcassonne and the rest from the basalt soils of Auvergne. The Aubunite macerates in whole bunches; the other grape varieties are destemmed. The wine is bottled by hand, and disgorgement is performed by Antony himself. Its notes of red fruits and spices will complement an aperitif and will not disappoint a chocolate mousse. Aging potential: five years.

Vervain by Vincent Spiritueux
The Granier liqueur house offers its first Vervain liqueur, the one that launched the house's beginnings. Entirely organic, artisanal, and sourced locally, it is Vincent's Vervain, Vincent Granier's, who lovingly created its recipe.
The Plant
Lemon verbena (Aloysia citriodora) is a favorite in cottage gardens. A member of the Verbenaceae family, it is cultivated for its fragrant leaves, with a slight hint of lemon peel. It is tonic, calming, fever-reducing, antispasmodic, and digestive. The one infused for this liqueur was grown organically and harvested by hand in the Alps.
Production
To the Vervain are added organic lemon zest (from Menton), organic coriander seeds and lemongrass grown biodynamically in Egypt (the closest and most eco-friendly place to find 100% natural lemongrass). The plants and spices are infused in the natural water of the Boubioz spring, near Lake Annecy, and the alcohol is made from 100% organic wheat. The organic sugar is produced in the Palatine Forest.
Tasting
This organic and artisanal Vervain is sweet and caressing, very fresh, and is not heavy in alcohol or sugar. Easy to drink, it can be enjoyed as an aperitif, in a shot, in mixology and as a digestif. We love pairing it with fine charcuterie, for example terrines or hams from the Ferme de Mayrinhac.
Learn more about Granier liqueurs
The Granier liqueur factory — two brothers, Vincent and Stéphane Granier — produces artisanal liqueurs from the Haute-Savoie region. Flavor, smoothness, and balance are their great qualities, resulting from a meticulous and measured infusion technique to minimize extraction.
Wild or organically grown
Plants grown organically, or picked in the mountains surrounding Annecy, are obtained through short supply chains and for this reason reflect the flora of the steep meadows or gardens of Haute-Savoie. Everything is organic and without additives, from the initial infusion to bottling.
Intact flavors
During the tasting, we were amazed by the Granier liqueurs, one after the other. Never have such fresh plant flavors been restored to us by liqueurs. We have the sensation of tasting the plant itself, infused in all its singularity, supported by just the right amount of organic sugar (that is to say, little) produced in the Palatine Forest and just the right amount of alcohol. An organic beer alcohol that allows the plant to convey its message without interference. Not only is it delicious, but it's also an excellent digestif. Vervain, genepi, gentian, mint, or meadowsweet—we guarantee you'll have a great time.
Wild Quince Liqueur 2018,
Distillerie Cazottes
This wild quince liqueur from the Cazottes distillery, located in the Gaillac region (Tarn), is organic and natural, certified Nature & Progrès and Eurofeuille. It is made from the fruits of wild quince trees picked in autumn in the hedges of Laurent Cazottes' estate. No pesticides, colorings, or any other additives are used.
Production
To obtain this artisanal quince liqueur, Laurent Cazottes macerates the ripe wild quinces in the open air for fourteen months in a lightly sweetened homemade organic grape brandy. The whole is filtered, the marc distilled, and the resulting eau-de-vie reintroduced into the liqueur, which has an alcohol content of 18%.
Tasting
The scent of wild quince is bewitching, sweet and fruity, reminiscent of clean linen; the palate is suave, long, slightly astringent and bitter, and the taste is very refined. Although rare and distinguished, this organic quince liqueur from the Cazottes Distillery goes well with everything: chocolate, traditional pastries and even foie gras or pork or game terrines.
Learn more about the Cazottes distillery
Laurent Cazottes, winemaker, distiller, and natural liqueur maker, is a revealer of quintessences. In Villeneuve-sur-Vère, near Gaillac (Tarn), he cultivates a veritable Eden of biodiversity. On limestone soil, he cultivates fruit trees, vines, shrubs and vegetable plants, which he transforms into wines, eaux-de-vie and liqueurs.
Production secrets
First of all, the integrity of the fruit and the vine, cultivated in certified organic (Eurofeuille and Nature & Progrès labels) and biodynamically, then careful attention given to their maceration at perfect maturity in the estate's organic eau-de-vie, and finally a precise and light dosage of sugar.
The Cazottes touch
"Liqueur does not mean sweet," Laurent likes to say. The particularity of Cazottes liqueurs and eaux-de-vie is their fidelity to the raw material: it is the whole fruit that we have in our mouths, with all its nuances and its delicacy. They are low in alcohol, low in sugar: they are exceptional nectars.
Cidre Fermier 2018,
Florian Bourrienne
What mainly sets Florian Bourrienne apart from other cider producers is that he makes ciders for aging, intended to evolve over the years. His orchard is located in the heart of Calvados, in the Pays d'Auge region, but outside the AOC (Protected Designation of Origin) in order to preserve the freedom and uniqueness of his ciders. We can, without hesitation, call it natural cider, because the cider maker goes beyond organic to respect the traditional production method, which is delicate, patient, and requires a tremendous amount of work. From his fifteen-hectare orchard planted with tall stems, he produces ciders for aging, excellent to drink in their youth but sumptuous after several years. The blend is carefully measured according to the characteristics of each vintage. The fruit production is entirely organic and the fermentation processes—there are two for traditional cider—are slow and patient, so that the cider is made the right way, using natural yeasts. These are preserved in the cider thanks to a light filtration that respects all the living elements capable of polishing the taste and aromas, but also facilitates the formation of foam, which must be just right: neither too strong nor too weak. It's difficult to manage, but the result is well worth it. These are mastered ciders, eminently delicious, marked by an extraordinary sweetness and roundness of apple. Over time, they acquire notes of acidity and astringency that gracefully reinforce their beautiful aromatic palette. Ciders of taste and pleasure, as delicious at the table as they are as an aperitif.
This 2018 vintage is still a little young, but it is already delicious: drink it without regret now, but if you can afford to let it wait a few more years (at least three or four), you will appreciate it even more. The color is a beautiful, slightly coppery gold. With soft bubbles and a lemony nose, it offers a round and sweet mouthfeel, moderate acidity. It is a cider of pleasure and thirst that everyone agrees on.
Punch Maracuja 25° - 100cl
Longueteau Distillery
This punch is made with Longueteau rum and the passion fruit variety called maracuja: larger than the usual size, heavy, juicy, and very fragrant. The fruit is grown on the property: of the 100 hectares of land on the estate, 70 are dedicated to growing sugarcane and the remaining 30 to tropical fruits typical of the Caribbean region. This is where the fresh passion fruits used to flavor this punch come from. Harvested in the morning, they leave for the distillery in the afternoon to be macerated for several weeks in Longueteau 50 agricultural rum. This know-how corresponds to more than twenty years of experience in the creation and production of homemade punches at Longueteau: an authentic and gourmet recipe, ideal for an aperitif.
To find out more
The Longueteau distillery, located in Capesterre-Belle-Eau (Guadeloupe), is the oldest distillery on the island still in operation. It has the particularity of being entirely autonomous in the production of sugar cane, which it uses to obtain its magnificent terroir agricultural rums. Agricultural rum, we point out, is made from pure sugar cane juice unlike many other Caribbean rums, which are produced from cane molasses. It is a specialty of the French Antilles. The estate is currently in the hands of François Longueteau, a distiller since 1979. Production is, as it was originally, artisanal and traditional, but the sugarcane terroirs are developed using plot-by-plot methods—this is Longueteau's unique feature, the first distillery on the island to adopt this approach. Two varieties of sugarcane, blue cane and red cane, are cultivated, as well as fruits from the Guadeloupe region. Longueteau rums and the resulting preparations (punches, shrubberies, etc.) are fine, aromatic, deep, and fragrant.

Concerto Rouge 2020
Jean-Pierre Robinot
Conductor of Emotions
Jean-Pierre Robinot crafts wines like one composes a musical work: with balance, time, and inspiration. True to his natural vision, he vinifies without inputs, without filtration, allowing the vine and the vintage to speak. Concerto, his Pineau d’Aunis cuvée, is a perfect illustration: a vibrant, textured wine of great aromatic precision.
Pineau d’Aunis, purity and structure
Cultivated on clay-limestone soils, this emblematic Loire grape variety is meticulously vinified here: three weeks of maceration to extract fine structure, followed by one year of aging in multi-use barrels, allowing the juice to gain texture without excessive oak influence. The result is a dense, balanced red with a unique charm.
Pepper, red fruits, and noble bitterness
The nose is rich: ripe red fruits, notes of dried herbs, touches of black pepper and dried fruits. On the palate, the attack is direct, with present but elegant tannins. The wine then unfolds its aromatic score, carried by a persistent finish and a hint of noble bitterness that calls for food.
Pairings & serving: for expressive dishes
Concerto pairs perfectly with red meats, slow-cooked dishes, or roasted vegetables with spices. It is best enjoyed between 16 and 18°C, with no need for decanting. This natural cuvée has aging potential of ten years or more, and will express itself with increasing complexity over time.
Beaujolais Lancié, Red 2020
Domaine Bélicard
This Beaujolais Villages cuvée from Domaine Bélicard embodies a more mature and profound version of Gamay, thanks to a sunny vintage and extended aging in large oak casks. A natural, authentic wine, 100% Gamay noir, drawing its structure and tension from the granite soils of Lancié, in the heart of Beaujolais.
Noble aging for vibrant fruit
Vinified in whole bunches, with a short maceration to preserve the grape's vibrancy, this wine undergoes spontaneous fermentation, without any oenological additives. The particularity of this 2020 version lies in its 8-month aging in large oak casks, a noble container that respects the fruit while bringing complexity and depth. This choice gives birth to a more accomplished cuvée, capable of aging while remaining pleasant in its youth.
A supple yet characterful red
The nose opens with candied red fruits, enhanced by sweet spices and a kirsch-like touch typical of well-ripened Gamay. On the palate, the attack is full, the texture velvety, supported by a beautiful mineral freshness. The balance is there: roundness, depth, and drinkability unite without heaviness.
For aperitif or more, if you wish
Serve between 14 and 16 °C, this Beaujolais Lancié 2020 expresses itself equally well alone as an aperitif or paired with stewed dishes, roasted white meats, or artisanal charcuterie. A lively wine to drink now or to keep for up to 5 years.
Cuvée YARD x Einhart Blanc Orange 2023
Domaine Einhart
A brilliant, free, and gourmet Alsace orange wine
With this Cuvée YARD x Einhart 2023, Domaine Einhart breaks new ground and offers a white maceration wine rich in color and expression. Created in collaboration with YARD, this limited edition cuvée combines the energy of the young gastronomic scene with the expertise of a winemaker committed to organic farming in the heart of Alsace.
The blend of Pinot Gris and Gewurztraminer, two traditionally aromatic grape varieties, was macerated for a few days to extract body, color, and character. The wine was then aged for 6 months in stainless steel tanks, on lees, to maintain a fresh and brilliant profile. The limestone terroir enhances this mineral tension, perfectly balancing the natural richness of the grape varieties.
An accessible, floral, and subtly spicy orange wine
Its brilliant coppery color already hints at its deliciousness. The nose is charming and very expressive: fresh rose, citrus zest, a hint of blond caramel, and sweet spices. On the palate, the wine reveals a silky texture, with a lovely acidity and a fine tannic structure typical of orange wines, but here very measured. The whole is fluid, lively, almost joyful.
This cuvée should be drunk at 10-12°C, without decanting, simply but with depth. It brilliantly accompanies a summer barbecue, fragrant Asian cuisine, or even washed-rind cheeses. Drink it now or within two years to enjoy its vibrant freshness.
