ABOUT US

At Culinaries, we do more than just sell wine: we advocate for a vibrant, free, and committed vision of natural wine. Each cuvée is the fruit of an independent winemaker, respected soil, and a precise gesture. We aim to offer everyone, from curious novices to enlightened connoisseurs, access to a rare, demanding, and profoundly human selection.

Our mission: to make natural wine visible, understandable, and irresistibly accessible.

OUR NATURAL WINES

🍇 Organic or even biodynamic viticulture - with or without an organic label - and strictly without synthetic products

👋 Often manual harvesting

🧪 Little to no chemistry in the cellar during vinification

🍷 Fermentation with indigenous yeasts (no laboratory yeasts)

🍾 Zero added sulfites or in minimal doses

At Culinaries, we offer only a selection of natural wines: white, red, rosé, orange, sparkling, and even aged cuvées. The principle of "natural" is simple: grapes and not much else.

Highlighting taste, diversity, origins, and typicity: that is the raison d'être of Culinaries. For us, natural wine is an obvious choice: a return to life, to the truth of taste, to the richness of terroirs. We seek out, meet, taste, and carefully select wines from viticulture that respects life, soil, cycles, and seasons. For us, this is an ecological as well as a gustatory approach.

Why choose natural wine?

For taste: without excessive sulfites, the wine breathes. It gains in depth, finesse, and authenticity. Furthermore, unsulfited wines are less drying and less harsh on the palate. They better convey the energy of yeasts and bacteria, the sensation of the grape, the fruit, and the mineral richness of the soil.

For health: moderate consumption of natural wines, free of additives, may be better tolerated by some. Fewer sulfites also means fewer headaches and fewer undesirable side effects.

For the planet: by supporting artisanal, sustainable viticulture, free from agrochemicals, you contribute to the preservation of ecosystems, terroirs, and traditional knowledge.

Discover all our winemakers

Behind every bottle of Culinaries is a community of dedicated winemakers, all different but united by the same values: respect for life, appreciation of taste, diversity, and terroirs. Together, they advocate for artisanal, free, and convivial winemaking, where nature and friendship are the foundations. In the face of standardization, they assert the richness of terroirs, the diversity of grape varieties, and the uniqueness of their stories. From the earth to the glass, via the vineyard and the cellar, the harmony is flawless.

Culinaries is their relay, their voice, and their ally in bringing to life a wine that has meaning. These wines are exceptional because their creators are: that's why we want to champion them and introduce them to you. Culinaries gives you access to them, wherever you are.
