In the heart of Honfleur's historic center, La Ferronnerie reopens at 19 place Augustin Normand, a stone's throw from the Capitainerie, the Vieux Bassin, and Sainte-Catherine Church. The little brother of the hotel des Jardins de Coppélia and the restaurant Capucine, this unique spot worthily expands the family.

Formerly an ironwork workshop, the venue has been completely reimagined while respecting its original soul: bricks, stones, slates, beams, and glass now converse with contemporary lines and noble materials.

With its rustic yet refined appearance, La Ferronnerie reveals a chic and relaxed atmosphere, driven by an open kitchen where the flame and the taste for sharing are fully expressed.

FROM THE GRILL TO YOUR PLATE

Conceived as a true ode to gastronomic pleasures, La Ferronnerie is a place of conviviality and sharing that offers generous and gourmet cuisine centered around grilling. Behind the fires and stoves, the teams work on each dish as a fusion of local produce, flame, and culinary creativity.

In the dining room, the teams put on a unique show with the presentation and carving of meats on a trolley, as well as weighing them on a scale in front of the customers.

All dishes offered are "homemade" using fresh, seasonal ingredients.

A carefully selected wine list highlights the brilliance of independent winemakers to complement each dish.
