Made from Cabernet Franc as the main grape variety and destemmed and foot-crushed Zweigelt, it is aged for two years in foudres and bottled without sulfur or filtration. The inspiration behind its name comes from a work by the iconoclastic artist Alfred Hrdlicka, adding an artistic dimension to this atypical cuvée.
