Le P'tit YARD was born from an exclusive partnership between Culinaries, Les YARD, and Les Jardins de Coppélia: we share common values, those of good drinking and good eating.

It is our desire to support winemakers working with infinite respect for the environment and according to a strong winemaking ethic that led us to collaborate together, around a natural and organic wine list.

The food is not left out: it is chef Lilian Douchet, revealed by the show Top Chef, who is at the helm of the kitchen! At the bar, he offers you a high-quality tapas menu to share (or not).

On beautiful summer evenings, head to the terrace to enjoy a glass of natural wine while watching the sun set over the apple orchard! In winter, the fire burns in the huge fireplace at P'tit YARD and warms up your aperitif!

And of course, you'll also find our natural wines on the menu at the hotel complex's gourmet restaurant, Le Capucine!

An impressive 17th-century manor house, nestled in the heart of 7 hectares of apple orchards and lush nature, all overlooking the sea: a guaranteed "wow" effect upon your arrival at the 4-star hotel. 27 luxurious rooms inside, decorated by Roche Bobois, listed as "Les Collectionneurs": there's no doubt, you'll have a unique experience.

Le Capucine, a bistronomic restaurant

Get ready for a taste journey: Lilian Douchet, the talented chef from season 13 of Top Chef, has set up his knives at Le Capucine. Here too, we find the ethical touch that we hold so dear: the products on the menu are local, and seasonal of course, a good portion of which comes directly from the complex's permaculture vegetable garden. The result on the plate is at once creative, Norman and imbued with influences from around the world... and all this is accompanied by a selection of natural wine by Culinaries!
