Created specifically for YARD by Domaine Einhart, this cuvée is an orange wine made from a blend of several vintages: 2022, 2024, and 2025. It brings together three emblematic Alsatian grape varieties — Gewurztraminer, Pinot Gris, and Riesling — grown on the estate's clay-limestone soils. The result is an expressive and delicious skin-contact white wine that combines the aromatic character of the grape varieties with a beautiful freshness.
After a few days of maceration, the wine develops aromas of apricot, quince, and citrus, accompanied by a floral dimension. The palate is textured yet remains fresh and digestible, with a slight structure brought by skin contact. An accessible and versatile orange wine, to be drunk between 10 and 12°C, ideal as an aperitif but also with spicy dishes, grilled meats, or Asian cuisine.
The Crémant d'Alsace 2024 from Domaine Einhart is a Brut Nature made from a blend of Auxerrois, Chardonnay, and Pinot Blanc, grown on the estate's clay-limestone soils. Théo Einhart crafts a sparkling wine that is fresh, precise, and mineral, true to his low-intervention approach and organic farming practices.
Produced using the traditional method, with a second fermentation in the bottle, this Crémant reveals a fine effervescence and a delicate profile of white flowers and herbaceous notes, supported by a beautiful mineral tension. The absence of dosage preserves the freshness and honesty of the wine, while its 11.1% alcohol enhances its easy-drinking character. Serve between 8 and 10°C, as an aperitif or with seafood, fish, white meats, or cheeses.
With Les Galets Roulés 2025, Domaine Bois Moisset offers a light and delicious red, true to the rustic and natural spirit of Sylvie Ledran and Philippe Maffre in Gaillac. This cuvée blends two emblematic grape varieties from the Southwest, Braucol and Duras, grown on rolled pebble soils. The nose is dominated by fresh red fruits, accompanied by herbaceous and slightly spicy notes. With only 11.1% alcohol, the palate is supple, crisp, and particularly digestible: a true thirst-quenching wine, but with enough character to accompany a meal.
The grapes are vinified in whole clusters, with a maceration that prioritizes fruit and freshness over extraction. This approach results in a lively, light, and immediately accessible red. Serve slightly chilled, around 16°C, as an aperitif or with a charcuterie board, grilled meats, barbecue sausages, or simple and generous cuisine.
Sans Pression 2025 is a sparkling natural wine from Gaillac by Domaine Bois Moisset, made using the ancestral method from organically grown grapes on clay-limestone soils. With only 10.1% alcohol, it's a light, fresh, and delightful sparkling wine, intended to be enjoyed young.
Highly aromatic, the wine reveals notes of white flowers, pear, and exotic fruits. The palate is lively and fruity, with a refreshing effervescence and a particularly digestible profile. Served well chilled between 8 and 10°C, Sans Pression is ideal as an aperitif but can also accompany fish, spicy cuisine, or cheeses.
