An ode to the southern grape varieties, a beautiful, dense, and deep red from Languedoc. Its freshness and density also make it a thirst-quenching wine that also performs very well with food. Cyprès de Toi Rouge is to be enjoyed in all circumstances; it is a wine for all occasions. Very drinkable, straightforward, and structured, it is the result of a blend of the estate's young vines: Syrah, Grenache, and Carignan, destemmed and vinified separately with indigenous yeasts in concrete vats, a traditional method in the Corbières. This fermentation and aging method owes its total absence of oak, allowing for a very pure fruity experience. No inputs are used in the vineyard, the winery, or the bottling process. This is practiced all year round, as the estate keeps the juices in vats: the idea is that there is never a shortage. It will be an ideal companion for Iberian ham, red or white meats, duck, and all grilled dishes.
To find out more
This Corbières estate is built on solid foundations: its two winemakers, Rodolphe and Laetitia, are also descendants of winemakers. Even before planting their first vine, they already had a clear objective: "to produce southern wines that reflect us, wines with character attached to our soils, with freshness and refined tannins." They want to obtain entirely natural wines, concentrates of terroir. In the heart of the old Corbières massif, they took over an old estate already planted with abandoned Carignan and Grenache vines, which had not seen any fertilizer or pesticides for years: these clean and vibrant soils were ideal conditions for launching into natural wine. Around this historic heart, they first planted Grenache Noir and Syrah, then a plot of white grape varieties: Viognier, Grenache Blanc, Roussanne. The estate has been Ecocert certified since 2010 and also complies with the Nature & Progrès charter. Vinification is carried out without the addition of sulfites or exogenous yeasts. "We make wines for pleasure," say Laetitia and Rodolphe. For them, natural wine is first assessed by taste, from the harvest. The vintages closely follow the plots, the musts are fruity, fluid, and complex. Fond Cyprès wines poetically evoke the estate's ecosystem and the vegetation that protects the plots: pine forests, shaded springs, the beauty of the natural environment that brings freshness to the wines and leaves the signature of the soil. Deliciously balanced between mineral imprint, plant environment and fruit expression, Fond Cyprès wines reflect the South: the caress of its sun, but also the freshness of its shadows.
SM Sumoll Red 2019,
Partida Creus
This red Sumoll, a very old Catalan red grape variety long neglected, is a favorite of Partida Creus. A low-yielding wine, Sumoll thrives on poor soils, giving it great concentration, beautiful balance, juicy, dense and generous black fruit, notes of Mediterranean spices and plants, and finally an earthy, animal, and smoky character. The short maceration preserves freshness and acidity. It will be excellent with red meats, roasts, and duck, but the range of pairings is actually very wide.
Find out more
Partida Creus is an important estate, both from a winemaking and historical perspective—we're talking here about the history of the vine in Catalonia. Massimo Marchiori and Antonella Gerosa, originally from Piedmont—and even from the Langhe region, where wine is well-versed—first pursued careers as architects in Barcelona. But the wine bug tickled them, and they soon abandoned the big city and its sophistication for the vineyards of southern Catalonia, in Bonastre in Baix-Penedés. There they found a number of abandoned vineyards planted with a dizzying diversity of traditional Catalan grape varieties, which they passionately revived to save these varieties—and their wines—from oblivion. For them, it's not just a matter of saving their heritage, no: it's a matter of taste and nature. Of natural wines, which they will never stop making from now on on these sandy, poor, clay-limestone or clay-gravel soils, poor and poorly irrigated, where the vines suffer to produce their best juice. Massimo and Antonella practice organic, biodynamic, entirely manual and natural viticulture in order to give new life to these wines. Vinyater, sumoll, garrut, monastrell, ull de perdiu, ull de llebre, sumoll, queixal de llop, cariñena, trepat, ceciat parent, maccabeu, parellada, pansé, vinel.lo, bobal, cartoixà vermell or xarel.lo: it is a true conservatory of the native Catalan grape varieties that Partida Creus cares for. There is also Moscatel, Grenache, Merlot and Cabernet (among others). Few wineries can boast of growing so many different grape varieties. The wines reflect this diversity, with winemakers striving to best convey the signature of the soil and the grape variety: single varietals are common among them, alongside very rich blends, all in the styles dear to Catalonia: still wine, "ancestral" sparkling wine, and even vermouth. The bottles themselves are works of art: bare glass, simply marked with two large stenciled initials that indicate the cuvée. The wines, fresh, vibrant, lush but always straightforward and impeccably juicy and fruity, breathe life. The arrival of a Partida Creus at the table always elicits cries of satisfaction.

YARD Rouge, Red 2023
Danis dans la vigne
With "YARD Rouge", Danis dans la vigne offers an uninhibited and lively version of Malbec, the emblematic grape variety of Cahors. Here, there's no excessive concentration or robust extraction: this 100% organic Malbec asserts its freedom and accessibility, in a natural version full of charm and personality.
A natural winemaking process, true to the fruit
From vines planted on clay-limestone soils in the Lot region, the grapes are cultivated without chemicals, respecting natural balances. The winemaking is artisanal: gentle maceration for two weeks, fermentation with indigenous yeasts, without oenological additives, followed by nine months of aging in stainless steel tanks. This choice preserves all the fruit's vibrancy, without masking the identity of the grape variety or the terroir.
A supple and tasty red
On tasting, YARD Rouge seduces with its open nose of ripe dark fruit aromas (plum, blackberry), accompanied by touches of dried fruit. On the palate, the texture is supple, the tannins are fine and well-integrated, with a lovely grain and a finish that retains freshness. The style is clean, pure, and invites indulgence without heaviness.
The natural wine for all occasions
Perfect at 14–16 °C, after a light decanting, YARD Rouge is perfect for an aperitif or at the table. It will pair wonderfully with slow-cooked dishes, grilled meats, or a nice charcuterie board. To be drunk within two years to fully enjoy its vibrant fruit.
Coince ta bulle 2023 sparkling rosé
Terroir, plot size and grape varieties
In the heart of the Blaye-Côtes-de-Bordeaux appellation, on the right bank of the Gironde estuary, flourish the vines of Château Frédignac, a family estate driven by the sincere commitment of Vignobles L'Amouller. It is here, on sunny and breezy slopes, that Merlot finds its ideal expression. This emblematic Bordeaux variety, usually vinified as a red wine, reveals itself here in an unexpected and seductive light: as a naturally sparkling rosé. The temperate climate and clay-limestone soils of the vineyard lend the "Coince ta bulle" cuvée a beautiful freshness, a natural vivacity, and a crisp fruitiness that evokes the pure pleasure of the moment.
Cultivation methods
True to a peasant philosophy that respects all living things, the estate is managed using certified organic farming methods, bearing the AB and Nature & Progrès labels. Here, the vines are nurtured without synthetic inputs, in a careful balance between soil, plant, and human intervention. Biodiversity is encouraged, treatments are gentle and measured, and every intervention is carried out with the aim of preserving the soil's identity and the purity of the fruit. This approach naturally extends to the cellar, where the "Coince ta bulle" cuvée is crafted using the ancestral method: a single fermentation, without the addition of yeasts or sulfites, resulting in a brut sparkling wine that is spontaneous and vibrant. A free wine, reflecting the spirit of those who make it.
Tasting & pairings
"Coince ta bulle" 2023 is an invitation to lightness, freshness, and the simple joy of a shared moment. Its pale pink, delicately cloudy color heralds a vibrant nose of small red fruits—fresh strawberry, tangy raspberry—mingled with a lively touch of pink grapefruit. On the palate, the bubbles are fine and joyful, with a crisp and thirst-quenching attack. The fruit expresses itself naturally, in a perfect balance between natural sweetness and saline tension.
Ideal for relaxed moments, this naturally sparkling rosé is the perfect accompaniment to a summer aperitif, a platter of grilled vegetables, sushi, or marinated fish. It also works wonders at a barbecue with friends, where its light and fruity character refreshes the palate and sparks conversation. A wine for pure enjoyment, sincere and unpretentious, proving that natural wines can also be festive.
Susucaru Rosso Red 2024
Frank Cornelissen
Frank Cornelissen's Susucaru Rosso, now a cult wine, takes us to the heart of Etna's black lands for a unique expression of natural Sicilian red wine. Produced as IGP Terre Siciliane, this 2024 vintage is a blend of Nerello Mascalese, Nerello Capuccio, Minnella, Alicante Bouschet, and Uva Francesa, organically grown on high-altitude volcanic soils.
A natural wine, precise and profound
The grapes are destemmed then macerated for a month, before fermentation with indigenous yeasts without the addition of oenological inputs. Aging takes place for one year in epoxy tanks, a neutral material that preserves the integrity of the fruit and the finesse of the terroir. Here, everything is done to translate the minerality and tension of Etna's slopes, while maintaining remarkable drinkability.
Between finesse and structure
The nose is intensely floral and fruity, blending violet, dark fruits, sweet spices, and a slightly smoky touch. On the palate, the texture is tannic but fluid, with a lively attack, a generous core, and a peppery, saline, energetic finish. The style is both rustic and modern, elegant but unadorned.
Decant and share
Serve decanted for 30 minutes, between 16 and 18 °C. Susucaru Rosso pairs well with spicy dishes, red meats, grilled foods, charcuterie, or simply as an aperitif for those who appreciate natural red wines with strong personalities. Aging potential: up to 5 years.
Fleurie Grand Pré, Red 2018
Domaine Bélicard
With this Fleurie Grand-Pré cuvée, Domaine Bélicard explores the richness of Gamay in its most accomplished form. This Beaujolais cru, vintage 2018, combines the typical floral elegance of Fleurie with a serious and gourmet structure, resulting from a long maceration and controlled aging in barrels. A certified AOC wine, uncompromising, both natural, refined and generous.
Patient aging for a mature material
The grapes, harvested at full maturity on granitic soils, benefited from a long two-week maceration, followed by eight months of aging in multi-vintage barrels. This process, far from making the wine heavy, adds complexity and a beautiful woody patina, without distorting the fruit.
A deep nose, a distinguished palate
The bouquet opens with notes of blackcurrant, blackberry, pomegranate, enriched by floral touches of peony and violet, and a subtle woodiness. On the palate, the wine is crisp and structured, with a beautiful length, a silky feel and remarkable aromatic intensity. The balance between tension, dark fruit and floral delicacy gives this cuvée a rare charm.
To be enjoyed with subtle pairings
Served between 14 and 16 °C, Fleurie Grand-Pré will accompany grilled fish, roasted poultry or elegant vegetarian cuisine. It is ready to drink but can still age for 2 to 3 years to reveal other nuances.

Unit price perYARD x Bois Moisset Cuvée (exclusive cuvée) Red 2024
Terroir, plot size and grape varieties
Born in the vibrant Gaillac region, the YARD x Bois Moisset Rouge 2024 is an ode to the diversity of the ancestral grape varieties of Southwest France. In this free-spirited cuvée, classified as a Vin de France, Domaine Bois Moisset skillfully blends three emblematic varieties: Braucol, with its rustic and wild character; Duras, vibrant and spicy; and a touch of Gamay, which rounds out the whole with its fruity freshness. This bold combination, conceived as a nod to local roots as much as to contemporary tastes, expresses a sun-drenched clay-limestone terroir, which gives the wine its power and purity.
Cultivation methods
At Domaine Bois Moisset, the vine is first and foremost a living ally, respected in its rhythm and needs. Certified organic, the vineyard management excludes all artifice: here, the soils breathe, nourished by natural compost, carefully worked, and the vines are observed, listened to, and supported rather than constrained. The harvest is done by hand, guaranteeing meticulous sorting and intact bunches. In the cellar, the winemaking follows the same philosophy: minimal intervention, indigenous yeasts, gentle extraction to preserve the fruit and reveal the texture, without masking the soul of the grape. The result is a sincere, deeply rooted wine that speaks of humanity as much as of nature.
Tasting & pairings
The YARD x Bois Moisset Rouge Cuvée reveals itself in an intense, luminous, and deep ruby robe. The nose opens with a frank and charming bouquet of ripe red fruits—cherry, strawberry, redcurrant—enhanced by peppery notes and a slightly smoky touch, a signature of the Duras and Braucol grape varieties. On the palate, the attack is lively and juicy, then the structure takes hold: present but integrated tannins give the wine its character and poise. The long finish leaves a spicy and luscious impression, full of vitality.
It's the perfect companion for convivial moments: a barbecue with friends, grilled lamb chops, a ribeye steak cooked over a wood fire, or even oriental-inspired cuisine with mild spices. Structured and generous, this vintage invites sharing and warmth, while allowing the fruit and terroir to fully express themselves.
The YARD Rouge 2024 Cuvée by Bois Moisset is not just a wine: it is an outstretched hand, an invitation to rediscover Gaillac in a free and vibrant light.

Unicorn Toad, Red 2024
Danis dans la vigne
Behind this playful name lies a seriously inspired cuvée: Crapaud Licorne (Unicorn Toad) is the free and natural vision of a modern Cahors, full of brilliance and sincerity. Produced by "Danis dans la vigne," a committed artisan winemaker, this 100% Malbec challenges the norms of an appellation often associated with power. Here, the focus is on finesse, fruit vibrancy, and freedom of expression.
A pure Malbec, precise winemaking
The grapes come from clay-limestone soils typical of the Lot region, cultivated according to organic farming principles (AB certified). After a gentle two-week maceration, fermentation occurs naturally, without oenological inputs or added yeasts. Nine months of aging in stainless steel tanks preserves all the freshness and energy of the grape, resulting in a lively, digestible, and deeply sincere wine.
An elegant and distinctive profile
Upon tasting, Crapaud Licorne reveals a dark color with purplish reflections. The nose opens with aromas of black fruits (blackcurrant, blackberry), pepper, and subtly herbaceous notes. On the palate, the texture is fine, almost silky, with beautiful ripeness and a fresh, spicy finish. The tannins are present but delicate, perfectly balancing the fruit's richness.
A companion for fine dining
Decanted one hour before serving, between 14 and 16°C, this wine brilliantly accompanies stews, grilled meats, or artisanal charcuterie. It can also age for 5 to 10 years in the cellar, gaining complexity while retaining its free spirit.
Le Cordières des Andes, Red 2022
Fond Cyprès
With this evocatively named cuvée, Fond Cyprès delivers an exceptional red wine, structured and vibrant, celebrating the richness of the southern Languedoc. Made from old Carignan, Grenache, and Syrah vines, this natural and organic red wine reflects the complexity of the estate's clay-limestone terroirs and the finesse of aging in large oak foudres.
Respectful and precise winemaking
The grapes are vinified separately after a short one-week maceration, using indigenous yeasts, without the addition of sulfites or oenological inputs. Blending then takes place before 10 months of aging in foudres, which softens the wine without masking the identity of each grape variety. The result: a deep, natural wine, both sun-drenched and fresh.
Complexity, finesse, and length
Upon opening, the wine captivates with an expressive nose combining ripe red fruits, black fruit (blackcurrant, blackberry), sweet spices, and a hint of licorice. The palate is ample, structured yet supple, with fine tannins and a controlled freshness that balances the whole. The long and elegant finish reveals excellent aging potential.
A Mediterranean gastronomic red
Best served between 16 and 18 °C, Le Cordières des Andes will perfectly accompany roasted meats, grilled dishes, Mediterranean cuisine, or a refined barbecue. It can be enjoyed now but will reach its full maturity in 5 to 10 years or more. A serious, committed, yet always charming cuvée.
Gigondas Red 2022
Terroir, plot size and grape varieties
Nestled in the heart of the Dentelles de Montmirail, the Gigondas terroir asserts itself with its quiet strength and raw beauty. Here, in this fiery enclave of the Southern Rhône Valley, the vines find refuge on steep, stony slopes, bathed in sunshine and caressed by the mistral wind. This poor and demanding soil, a mixture of marl and limestone, gives rise to grapes of rare intensity.
In this 2022 vintage, Les Grandes Serres presents a cuvée driven by a classic and remarkably effective duo: Grenache, the sun-drenched king of the south, which dominates the blend, and Syrah, which brings tension and depth. Together, they express the wild and sensual soul of this emblematic terroir.
Cultivation methods
True to a respectful approach to living things, Les Grandes Serres crafts this Gigondas using natural winemaking methods, without artifice, allowing the grapes to express themselves freely. The vines are cultivated in harmony with natural balances, without synthetic products, with meticulous care given to each vine. The harvest is done by hand, selecting grapes at perfect ripeness, guaranteeing healthy and concentrated raw materials. In the cellar, aging is carefully controlled with restraint, without masking the wine's personality, to preserve its original freshness and lusciousness.
Tasting & pairings
The 2022 Gigondas from Grandes Serres is a true explosion of pleasure. From the first sniff, it seduces with its intense aromas of ripe red fruits, crushed strawberry, juicy cherry, which mingle with notes of wild thyme, dark chocolate and a slightly smoky, almost meaty touch.
On the palate, it's a wave of generosity: ample, velvety, but never heavy. Natural freshness balances the richness of the fruit, and the finish lingers on melted tannins, with a touch of salinity that begs for another sip. A "bombshell of deliciousness," certainly, but also a wine of character, with depth and true elegance.
Ideal for accompanying a summer barbecue with friends, a beautiful platter of artisanal charcuterie, or a grilled piece of red meat, this Gigondas is both approachable and refined. Served slightly chilled, it will also surprise with its lightness despite its 15% alcohol content, proving that power can indeed be drinkable.

A rare and demanding process that gives birth to a wine with a deep aromatic profile, a silky texture, and remarkable complexity, capable of gracefully enduring through the years.

A cellar gem, between family heritage and the depth of time
Here is a rare, almost confidential wine, which tells a story even before it is opened. This Cahors from another era, made from 100% Malbec, was crafted with respect for tradition and with a philosophy already very close to natural winemaking: short maceration, aging in concrete vats for two years, no oenological "makeup."
The typical clay-limestone soil of the Cahors vineyard produces an excellent keeping wine, with tannins polished by time and incredibly rich aromatics. At only 12% alcohol, it defies modern standards with its balance, freshness, and exceptional longevity.
A deep, aged, memory-filled wine
After more than two decades of rest, Antenet 1998 reveals a brick-red garnet color, with brown reflections.
