M&M is a delightful red wine made from Mediterranean grape varieties, where fruit dominates with notes of cherry, raspberry, and garrigue. The palate is supple, indulgent, and particularly easy to drink, with a lovely freshness that invites a second glass. A spontaneous cuvée, true to Jean Louis Pinto's free spirit.

Winemaking

Manual harvesting, fermentation with indigenous yeasts, gentle extraction, and tank aging to preserve the fruit's vibrancy. Unfined, unfiltered, and made with minimal sulfur.
