Cava made with equal parts Ull de llebre (Tempranillo) and Carignan, grown and fermented together, with a touch of Sumoll for freshness. The base wine was naturally fermented in old oak barrels with limited skin contact, before undergoing a second fermentation in bottle (triggered by the fermenting 2018 vintage) and 20 months of aging on lees. It was disgorged without dosage in summer 2024.

This Brut Nature Rosé perfectly reflects the style of Clos Lentiscus: fine bubbles, great freshness, and a strong Mediterranean identity. Aromas of wild strawberry, raspberry, pomegranate, and dried flowers are supported by a lively, saline palate with remarkable precision. A rosé for gastronomy as much as for an aperitif.

Winemaking

A blend of 45% Ull de Llebre (Tempranillo), 45% Sumoll, and 10% Syrah. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts, secondary fermentation using the traditional method, extended aging on lees, and Brut Nature with no dosage. Like all the estate's sparkling wines, the tirage is carried out with rosemary honey produced on the property.
