Éveil 2025 is an exclusive vintage crafted by Domaine Einhart for Culinaries, in the heart of the Alsatian vineyards. This new edition blends Auxerrois, Gewurztraminer, Pinot Gris, and Riesling, grown on clay-limestone soils. A combination of grape varieties that gives birth to an expressive and balanced white wine, where the aromatic character of Alsatian varieties meets a beautiful freshness.

After a few days of maceration, the wine reveals a floral and fruity profile, marked by citrus, white flowers, and delicate herbaceous notes. The palate retains freshness and energy, with a slightly textured body brought by the maceration. An accessible and full-bodied wine, to be served between 10 and 12°C, equally at home as an aperitif or with spicy dishes, grilled meats, or Asian-inspired cuisine.
