Magnum Roc Cab Rouge 2018, Les Vignes de Babass Dervieux
A single-varietal red 100% Cabernet Franc from vines planted in the mid-1950s (Babass was not yet born). Roc’ Cab’ was vinified in whole bunches and aged in fiberglass vats. On the nose, we find beautiful notes of candied red fruits, which continue on a round, fluid, peppery, resolutely fleshy palate, expressing all the beauty of this very straightforward grape variety.

Le Casot des Mailloles
With El Nino Rouge 2013, the Casot des Mailloles delivers a cuvée of striking intensity, faithful to the spirit of the great natural wines of Collioure. Made from a blend of Carignan, Syrah, and Mourvèdre, this deep, structured red wine expresses the pure minerality of the schist soils and the raw energy of the old, low-yielding vines. Cultivated by hand on steep slopes, these vines require meticulous work, rewarded by incomparable concentration and freshness.
A powerful, mineral, and spicy wine
At first glance, the intense garnet color announces the richness of the material. The nose is complex and deep, combining aromas of ripe black fruits, peppery and spicy notes, as well as a salty touch reminiscent of the maritime influence of the Banyuls terroir. On the palate, the balance is remarkable: a beautiful freshness supports the wine's density, while the silky and melted tannins provide an elegant structure. The finish is long, marked by a persistent minerality and a beautiful aromatic tension.
A vinification without artifice
As always at Casot des Mailloles, this wine is vinified completely naturally, without added sulfites. The grapes are fermented in whole bunches in concrete vats, then aged in stainless steel vats to preserve all the purity of the fruit and the minerality of the terroir. This vinification choice highlights the raw and sincere expression of the vineyard, without masking its identity by aging in oak.
Ideal with a grilled prime rib, lamb tagine, or game in sauce, El Nino Rouge 2013 is a wine of character, to be enjoyed after aeration to appreciate all its complexity.

A beautiful, refined Pinot Noir. The harvest comes from plots of forty-year-old vines in and around Volnay, and from a plot of fifty-year-old vines in Nuits-Saint-Georges. Bedeau presents sumptuous, satiny fruit and a touch of insolence to enhance the whole.

Yggdrasil Red 2015
Yggdrasil is a blend of Merlot grown organically on limestone sands in the Carcassonne region. The grapes are vinified in whole bunches and infused for ninety days; the wine is then aged in vats on its lees for eleven months. The result is a fresh and long wine with notes of black fruits, thyme, and cinnamon, perfect for pairing with red meats or game. Aging potential: ten years.

Berthe Rouge 2010, Samuel Boulay
A 100% Cabernet Sauvignon red, from vines planted in the heart of the magnificent Ardèche Gorges by Gilles Azzoni, a great figure in natural wine, and in this case partly taken over by Samuel Boulay. If a certain Berthe had a great foot, this one definitely has a powerful nose that suggests what's to come. On the palate, notes of blackcurrant and black fruits, and tannins that have it under the pedal.

Jéroboam VN Red 2016, Partida Creus

VN, Vinel·lo, is a particularly successful blend of indigenous grape varieties: samsó (cinsault), garrut (mourvèdre), trepat, ull de perdiu, queixal de llop, sumoll and grenache noir, harvested on predominantly limestone soils. Vinification is done individually according to the varieties. No filtration, no additives, no added sulfites. Magnum Régnié La Haute Ronze Red 2017
La Haute Ronze is one of two plots cultivated by Nicolas in the Régnié appellation; it is considered of very high quality, with deep clay soils that produce full-bodied wines. This 100% Gamay is obtained through semi-carbonic maceration and aged for approximately twenty months. It offers notes of leather, earth, and Mediterranean herbs (oregano, rosemary), through its red fruits.

Abbazia San Giorgio
Cloé is a Nerello Mascalese from the Sicilian estate Abbazia San Giorgio, planted on terraces. The grapes grow on volcanic soils poor in organic matter. Harvested at the end of September, they undergo a brief maceration, then are aged in stainless steel vats and chestnut barrels for 6 months. This is a rosé with character, boasting great freshness in addition to its floral aromas.
Saint-Joseph Les Hauts Rouge 2016, Domaine des Miquettes
This beautiful Syrah in AOP Saint-Joseph is aged for one year in terracotta amphorae. Fresh, balanced, structured but showing a beautiful fusion of tannins, this Saint-Joseph is to be drunk now or kept for a few more years.

The soil is particularly deep and ripeness is difficult to achieve during wet years. The grapes are destemmed and lightly crushed; skin fermentation takes about sixty days. No fining, filtration before bottling. The wines are deep, elegant, tannic. Compared to the other vintages of this estate, they are somewhat similar to Nebbiolo.
