Les Orgues Rouge 2019,
Frédéric Gounan
Fruit, minerality, straightforwardness, clean and flavorful red fruits: the volcanic and mineral expression of basalt soils through Pinot Noir, unique to Auvergne, is incomparable. Les Orgues is a pure Auvergne Pinot Noir produced biodynamically on clay-limestone soils rich in granite and basalt. The harvest is crushed and vinified in whole bunches. Aging in barrels is thirty months. This wine calls for traditional hearty dishes, stews, soups with Fourme d'Ambert, pountis or sausages in brioche.

Coming from a family of farmers established in the commune of Saint-Sandoux (Puy-de-Dôme) for at least two centuries, Frédéric Gounan was in his first life a mechanic and prototype creator for the French motorcycle brand Voxan, whose headquarters were in Issoire. He turned away from the industrial world to devote himself to wine with his partner Caroline. He intends to take advantage of the magnificent terroirs of his native village, far from "pissing the vines", as was done in the past: he notes that everything that comes from this land has exceptional taste qualities. He took over plots of Gamay from Auvergne, planted other grape varieties, and ended up producing vintages that are among the tastiest and most sought-after in Auvergne. On this land of the Chaîne des Puys, Pinot Noirs grow on black basalt soils, while Sauvignons and Pinot Gris grow on white clay-limestone soils with basalt pebbles. A fan of organic and biodynamic farming, Frédéric also applies methods that he considers appropriate to the climate and terroir: to facilitate photosynthesis in this harsh and contrasting climate, he practices lyre trellising, which allows the vines' foliage to be aerated and exposed to the sun, guaranteeing ripe fruit at harvest. Always a mechanic at heart, he makes his tools and tinkers with his tractors according to his needs. Its wines are rare and distinguished, highly sought after by connoisseurs: small estate (less than two hectares), small production (by volume, not by spirit).
Farmhouse Cider 2020,
This 2020 vintage farmhouse cider from Florian Bourrienne still bears the sweetness of its youth, but it is perfectly ripe for drinking. It already offers ample, evolved, and roundly fruity notes, which are the distinctive mark of this producer. You can let it age for at least another four or five years; it will gradually acquire airier, even fuller, and more vegetal notes evoking hay, flowers, and meadow, as well as flavors of ripe candied apple that we love to find in Florian's farmhouse ciders. The bubble is soft and fine, the aromatic palette asks to unfold, and in this regard, we advise you to decant this cider. Its faithful companions will be fresh, smoked or dried seafood, cooked, as well as charcuterie cooked the old-fashioned way and buckwheat pancakes.
To find out more
What mainly differentiates Florian Bourrienne from other cider producers is that he makes ciders for laying down, intended to evolve over the years. His orchard is in the heart of Calvados, in the Pays d'Auge, but outside the AOC in order to preserve the freedom and singularity of his ciders. We can speak, without hesitation, of natural cider, because the cider maker goes beyond organic to respect the traditional production method, delicate, patient and demanding enormous work. From his fifteen-hectare orchard planted with tall stems, he produces ciders for ageing, excellent to drink in their youth but sumptuous after several years. The blend is carefully measured according to the characteristics of each vintage. The fruit production is entirely organic and the fermentation processes—there are two for traditional cider—are slow and patient, so that the cider is made in the right way, using natural yeasts. These are preserved in the cider thanks to a light filtration that respects all the living elements capable of polishing the taste and aromas, but also facilitates the formation of foam, which must be just right: neither too strong nor too weak. It's difficult to manage, but the result is well worth it. These are mastered ciders, eminently delicious, marked by an extraordinary sweetness and roundness of apple. Over time, they acquire notes of acidity and astringency that gracefully reinforce their beautiful aromatic palette. Ciders of taste and pleasure, as delicious at the table as as an aperitif.
Cuvée O Red 2014
With this 2014 vintage, Domaine Les Graves de Viaud offers us a still red wine that perfectly embodies the natural elegance of the Côtes de Bourg. Made from biodynamically grown Cabernet Franc, this wine benefits from the Demeter and AB labels, guaranteeing practices that respect the land and the vines, without chemical additives or winemaking artifices. Here, nature expresses itself freely, revealing the authenticity of the Bordeaux terroir.
This exclusive cuvée (1,200 bottles) of Côtes-de-Bourg is composed of 60% Cabernet Franc. The vines grow on gently sloping hillsides with clayey gravel soils. Harvesting is done by hand, destemmed, and not crushed. Carried out in egg-shaped vats, the skin maceration is long: up to three months at a controlled temperature. Fermentation is done using indigenous yeasts, and no sulfur is added at bottling. This wine, as delicate as it is profound, has the distinction of being vegan (no animal products, therefore no egg-based fining). The nose, fresh and spontaneous, offers notes of plum, violet, and peony. The palate is pulpy, crisp, and fresh, seductive: mainly blackcurrant and blackberry. The tannins are silky and melted, yet powerful.
To the eye, this 2014 reveals a deep red color with garnet highlights, a sign of beautiful development. The nose opens generously after decanting, revealing aromas of ripe red fruits, morello cherry and raspberry, subtly enhanced by spicy notes and a vegetal touch typical of Cabernet Franc. On the palate, the attack is supple, giving way to fine and elegant tannins. The balance between freshness and structure is remarkable, with a persistent finish that reveals slightly peppery and mineral nuances.
This wine will pair wonderfully with dishes of character such as duck breast with figs, a gratin of root vegetables or even a platter of mature cheeses. Served between 16 and 18°C, it will reveal all its complexity after decanting.
With its 13.5% alcohol and its aging potential of 5 to 10 years, this 2014 vintage can be enjoyed now for its freshness or waited in the cellar for a deeper expression of its terroir.
The White Widow White 2024,
Les Grandes Serres
Located between Vaison-la-Romaine and Séguret, the Grandes Serres vineyard, certified organic, promotes an innovative agroforestry approach, including the planting of pistachio trees along the edges of the plots. This cuvée, The White Widow 2024, made from a blend of Clairette, Grenache Blanc, and Marsanne, elegantly expresses the richness of the Rhône's sandy soils.
A pure and delicious white
Harvested in the cool of the morning on a fruity day, the grapes are pressed directly, thus preserving their brightness and freshness. Fermentation takes place spontaneously with indigenous yeasts, in a subtle balance between new Stockinger barrels (for Clairette and Marsanne, 50%) and stainless steel vats (for Grenache Blanc, 50%). Careful aging with light stirring gives the wine a full texture, without filtration, allowing natural sedimentation of the lees in the cold.
An expressive nose and a generous palate
From the moment you open it, The White Widow seduces with an intense bouquet of yellow fruits and jasmine. The palate is full-bodied and rich, supported by a beautiful mineral tension, which brings balance and length. A fresh finish, with slightly saline notes, prolongs the pleasure.
What to enjoy with this bottle?
This gastronomic white is ideally enjoyed at 10-12°C and pairs wonderfully with fish and white meats in sauce, spicy dishes and blue cheeses. With an aging potential of 5 years, it will gain in complexity over time.
Sans Pression Sparkling White 2024,
Domaine Bois Moisset
In the tradition of Gaillac sparkling wines, Domaine Bois Moisset, certified organic (Eurofeuille), produces a fresh and elegant natural sparkling wine. Sans Pression 2024, made from local Mauzac and Len de l’Œil grape varieties, expresses all the authenticity of the Occitan terroir, with a natural and respectful approach.
A very fine Pet' Nat'
This wine is produced using the ancestral method, with direct pressing of the grapes before spontaneous fermentation. After three weeks of aging in wooden vats, the fermentation takes place naturally, without the addition of yeast or sulfites. The result is a fine, refreshing bubble, offering beautiful aromatic purity and thirst-quenching acidity.
An expressive nose and an invigorating palate
On the nose, Sans Pression reveals lively notes of citrus and fresh apple, the signature of Mauzac and Len de l’Œil. On the palate, the balance is perfect between chiseled acidity and delicate bubbles, bringing lightness and dynamism. The long, airy finish invites conviviality.
Tasting moments
Served chilled, between 8°C and 10°C, this organic natural sparkling wine is the ideal ally for a festive aperitif or a dinner with friends. Its liveliness also makes it an excellent companion for light appetizers, fresh cheeses or seafood. With an aging potential of 5 years, it will retain its brightness and freshness.
Ice Cider

La Syrah de la Pinède 2022 from Fond Cyprès is a true ode to nature and the terroir of Languedoc-Roussillon. Produced on a north-facing plot surrounded by a pine forest, this cuvée embodies a perfect balance between freshness and concentration. The rich, fresh clay-limestone soils allow the 15-year-old Syrah vines to develop a beautiful maturity until the end of September, giving the wine an elegant structure and expressive aromas.
Vinification and Aging: Respect for the Terroir
The grapes are harvested by hand, then carefully destemmed before a gentle three-week maceration. Traditional vinification respects the grapes, using indigenous yeasts and without the addition of additives or filtration, thus highlighting the authenticity of this natural wine. The wine is aged in 42 hl wooden vats for 10 months, preserving the wine's memory and allowing it to develop a subtle depth and complexity.
Tasting: An Elegant and Expressive Syrah
On the nose, La Syrah de la Pinède reveals captivating aromas of red fruits and black olives, distinctive signs of its Mediterranean terroir. On the palate, we find this same freshness, due to the northern exposure of the vine, combined with a beautiful concentration reminiscent of the generosity of the southern sun. Its silky texture and fine tannins offer a persistent and balanced length on the palate.
Food and Wine Pairing: Ideal Companion to Roast Meats
This red wine pairs wonderfully with roast meats, revealing all its aromatic richness and delicate structure. Serve it between 14 and 16 degrees, and don't hesitate to decant it to release all its aromatic complexity. With an aging potential of more than 10 years, this wine will evolve magnificently in the cellar.

Vino Bianco White 2022,
An emblematic white cuvée from Azienda Corva Gialla, Vino Bianco is only produced in the finest vintages. Fresh and fruity, this Vino da Tavola (table wine) offers a golden yellow color with amber highlights and a surprisingly rich nose of exotic fruits. White flowers, Mediterranean herbs, candied fruits... And despite this aromatic opulence, the wine reveals itself on the palate as clean, tangy, mineral, and intense, and stands out for its sapidity due to the volcanic soils. All of this makes it a balanced wine, suitable for all occasions. Vino Bianco is a blend of three grape varieties: Grechetto, Trebbiano, and Procanico. It comes from vines of varying ages planted at an altitude of 450 meters on a west-facing plot of volcanic soil. The harvest is hand-picked and destemmed. A small starter is prepared, while the rest of the harvest is pressed directly and added to the starter. The whole thing ferments and rests in fiberglass tanks until bottling in March.

Azienda Corva Gialla (“yellow crow”) is a winery in Lazio, Italy, located on the edge of Umbria in the Alta Tuscia Viterbese. A volcanic region considered one of the most beautiful in Italy and characterized by its calanches, tall tuff rock formations delineating deep valleys carved by numerous streams and torrents. Corva Gialla is located in Lubriano, opposite Cività di Bagnoregio. Alta Tuscia is a breeding ground for young winemaking talents dedicated to nature who are enhancing these lands that have been neglected throughout history. Founded in 2017, the estate covers four hectares cultivated by Beatrice Arweiler, originally from another wine-growing region, between the Rhine and the Moselle. The new owner has also planted an olive grove (Frantoio and Leccino varieties) and developed the estate into a mixed crop-livestock system. The vines were planted with the help of Gian Marco Antonuzzi, from the Le Coste estate. The crumbly volcanic soil lends itself beautifully to viticulture and the planting of grape varieties such as Grechetto d'Umbria, Trebbiano, Vermentino, Sangiovese, and Ciliegiolo. The estate's wines are quintessentially Italian, meaning they are crafted primarily for enjoyment. They are straightforward, deep, and easy to drink, expressing the strong minerality of their soils.
P'tit Poussot Blanc 2019
Domaine de l'Octavin

“You don’t need anything,” says Alice Bouvot, winemaker at Domaine de l’Octavin, “just a grape that’s happy in its skin.” Everything is said in favor of natural wine; it’s a perfect description. Created in 2005, Domaine d’Alice is located in Arbois, in the wine-growing Jura region, often described as the most organic vineyard in France. The practice of making – among other things – oxidative wines is a good preparation for natural wine, as this type of wine does not allow any chemical additives and especially no sulfites. It’s a secret of this magnificent region. Originally spread over two hectares, the estate, managed entirely biodynamically (Demeter) since 2010, has expanded through the gradual acquisition of plots and now covers seven hectares.
An accomplished musician and passionate music lover, Alice intends to apply her musical sensitivity to the wines she makes. She draws a parallel between the technical perfection of conventional wines which risks excluding feeling, while "a musician who does not know music theory and plays with his guts creates emotion." For her, living wine is like this: instinctive, improvised, emotional. Introduced to natural wine by Stéphane Planche, sommelier at chef Jean-Paul Jeunet in Arbois, she will faithfully follow this path. The sometimes whimsical titles of her vintages are inspired sometimes by musical art (Dorabella, Zerline), sometimes by the numerous plots of land that make up her vineyard (En Curon, Les Corvées, En Poussot, etc.), and do not disdain a pun from time to time. Likewise, the labels adorned with happy and salacious little gnomes are a signature of the estate. As for the grape varieties, they are the classics of the Jura - Poulsard, Trousseau, Pinot Noir for the reds, and Chardonnay, Savagnin for the whites. Alongside her Arbois wines, Alice has created a business of "on the vine" grapes (Ecocert certified) with her winegrower friends from the region. Natural, committed, joyful and highly drinkable, the wines of Alice Bouvot are all the more coveted as the vintages, produced in plot-by-plot mode, appear, disappear and reappear depending on the vintage and inspiration.

Fond Cyprès
This Languedoc estate is built on solid foundations: its two winemakers, Rodolphe and Laetitia, are also descendants of winemakers. Even before planting their first vine, they already had a clear objective: "to produce southern wines that reflect our style, wines with character, rooted in our soils, with freshness and refined tannins." They want to create entirely natural wines, concentrated expressions of terroir. In the heart of the ancient Corbières massif, they are taking over an old estate already planted with abandoned Carignan and Grenache grapes, which have seen neither fertilizer nor pesticides for years: these clean, vibrant soils are ideal conditions for launching into natural winemaking. Around this historic heart, they first planted Grenache Noir and Syrah, then a plot of white grape varieties: Viognier, Grenache Blanc, Roussanne. The estate has been Ecocert certified since 2010 and also complies with the Nature & Progrès charter. The vinification is done without the addition of sulfites or exogenous yeasts. "We make wines for pleasure," say Laetitia and Rodolphe. For them, natural wine is first assessed by taste, from the harvest. The vintages closely follow the plots, the musts are fruity, fluid, and complex. The wines of Fond Cyprès poetically evoke the estate's ecosystem and the vegetation that protects the plots: the pine forests, the shady springs, the beauty of the natural environment that brings freshness to the wines and leaves the soil's signature. Deliciously balanced between mineral imprint, vegetal environment and fruit expression, the wines of Fond Cyprès reflect the South: the caress of its sun, but also the freshness of its shadows.
Premier Jus is a blend of Carignan and Grenache grown on marl-limestone soils. The two harvests are processed separately: the Carignan is macerated for two days in whole bunches, then added to the Grenache must in direct pressing and during fermentation. Everything is pressed directly. A six-month aging in barrels precedes bottling without the addition of sulfites. This wine is the very image of a gurgling pleasure: a juicy bomb that oscillates between light red and dark rosé. Fresh, fruity, delicious, addictive, it awakens the spirit dulled by the summer heat.
Natural wine without added sulfites.
Magnum Tonton Grolleau Red 2019
As its name suggests, this is a 100% Grolleau from old vines (eighty years old) growing on schist soils. The plots once belonged to the Domaine des Sablonnettes (Rablay-sur-Layon). The harvest macerates for three weeks in whole bunches. Beautifully fruity, with the characteristic plum nuance of the grape variety, spicy, and with a supple and light texture.
Natural wine with no added sulfites.
Les Cadets Rouge 2019
Château Les Graves de Viaud
A typical Bordeaux blend, the Côtes-de-Bourg of the Les Cadets cuvée is composed of Cabernet (Sauvignon and Franc, 70%) and Merlot (30%) grown on iron-rich silty gravel and clayey gravel, and co-fermented in stainless steel vats for better synergy between the grape varieties. Vinification begins with a cold prefermentative maceration and continues with a gentle, slow extraction. Fermentation is carried out using indigenous yeasts; no sulfites are added. The wine is aged in sandstone amphorae for at least ten months on fine lees to refine the tannins. The geological conditions give the Cabernets a refreshing tannic base and accentuate the roundness and fruitiness of the Merlot, while giving it a very seductive floral aromatic palette. The bouquet of blackcurrant and blackberry that appears on the nose is confirmed on the palate. 2019 is still young as we write these lines: this wine will wait a few years, and it will only get better for it.
Pommeau "Premium"

Vervain by Vincent Spiritueux
The Granier liqueur house offers its first Vervain liqueur, the one that launched the house's beginnings. Entirely organic, artisanal, and sourced locally, it is Vincent's Vervain, Vincent Granier's, who lovingly created its recipe.
The Plant
Lemon verbena (Aloysia citriodora) is a favorite in cottage gardens. A member of the Verbenaceae family, it is cultivated for its fragrant leaves, with a slight hint of lemon peel. It is tonic, calming, fever-reducing, antispasmodic, and digestive. The one infused for this liqueur was grown organically and harvested by hand in the Alps.
Production
To the Vervain are added organic lemon zest (from Menton), organic coriander seeds and lemongrass grown biodynamically in Egypt (the closest and most eco-friendly place to find 100% natural lemongrass). The plants and spices are infused in the natural water of the Boubioz spring, near Lake Annecy, and the alcohol is made from 100% organic wheat. The organic sugar is produced in the Palatine Forest.
Tasting
This organic and artisanal Vervain is sweet and caressing, very fresh, and is not heavy in alcohol or sugar. Easy to drink, it can be enjoyed as an aperitif, in a shot, in mixology and as a digestif. We love pairing it with fine charcuterie, for example terrines or hams from the Ferme de Mayrinhac.
Learn more about Granier liqueurs
The Granier liqueur factory — two brothers, Vincent and Stéphane Granier — produces artisanal liqueurs from the Haute-Savoie region. Flavor, smoothness, and balance are their great qualities, resulting from a meticulous and measured infusion technique to minimize extraction.
Wild or organically grown
Plants grown organically, or picked in the mountains surrounding Annecy, are obtained through short supply chains and for this reason reflect the flora of the steep meadows or gardens of Haute-Savoie. Everything is organic and without additives, from the initial infusion to bottling.
Intact flavors
During the tasting, we were amazed by the Granier liqueurs, one after the other. Never have such fresh plant flavors been restored to us by liqueurs. We have the sensation of tasting the plant itself, infused in all its singularity, supported by just the right amount of organic sugar (that is to say, little) produced in the Palatine Forest and just the right amount of alcohol. An organic beer alcohol that allows the plant to convey its message without interference. Not only is it delicious, but it's also an excellent digestif. Vervain, genepi, gentian, mint, or meadowsweet—we guarantee you'll have a great time.
Jour de Fête Sparkling Rosé 2019
Marie and Vincent Tricot
You pour it, pour it, pour it again, and you're amazed to have emptied the bottle. This organic, natural sparkling rosé wine doesn't bear this name for nothing. Made using the ancestral method (bottling during fermentation, which completes in the container), Jour de Fête is a seductive natural sparkling wine made from Gamay d'Auvergne that doesn't lend itself to melancholy. It displays a deep, slightly cloudy strawberry-raspberry color that already invites indulgence. On the nose, cherry, raspberry, and the promise of a vinous and concentrated sparkling wine, not just a gurgling experience. It can be described as both gurgling and complex.
The cherry, raspberry, redcurrant and strawberry are confirmed on the palate with a great deal of sweetness and indulgence, a little sugar reminiscent of the raspberry fruit paste from Auvergne, and the slight bitterness of the volcanic soil Gamay in the background. The effervescence is moderate, we also perceive citrus notes (orange, mandarin) and the floral notes are then revealed with a touch of violet. The roundness is pleasant, the freshness is exceptional. Made from Gamays grown on hillsides on volcanic and clay-limestone soils, Jour de fête is truly exceptional and as joyful and festive as its label promises.

Among the generation of Auvergne winemakers who, at the dawn of the 21st century, are reviving the vineyards of this beautiful volcanic province of the Massif Central from the ashes using organic and natural methods, Marie and Vincent Tricot are pioneers, and their name is well known to those who have long loved natural wine. After a colorful winemaking journey that took them from Beaujolais to Chile and from Chile to Costières-de-Nîmes, they landed in Auvergne, at the foot of the Puy de Dôme, in the commune of Orcet where they took over Claude Prugnard's vineyard, a land that has not seen the slightest chemical input for thirty years. The estate is located on a hillside on the left bank of the Allier River, in a volcanic clay-limestone area near the vineyards of Châteaugay, Chanturgue, and Corent. They acquired it in 2003 and have since been making wines from Auvergne Gamay, Chardonnay, and Pinot Noir, with a little Sauvignon Blanc and Muscat. These rare and sought-after wines are mainly sold directly. They have a straightforward, flamboyant profile and express themselves with as much character as simplicity.
Marguerite Red 2020
Marguerite is a beautiful bouquet of sweet and spicy spices: cinnamon, black pepper, nutmeg. This red wine from the Gaillac region offers plenty of freshness and volume on the palate, expressing the quality of both its terroir and its grape variety. It is made from 100% Duras, a typical Gaillac grape variety, a cross between Savagnin and Tressot. Some of the vines, around thirty years old, grow on the third terrace of the Tarn, therefore on sandy loam soil, and the other part, also thirty years old, grows on clay-gravel soils exposed to the north. The harvest is destemmed and vatted for two weeks without the addition of sulfites in a cement vat. The marc is punched down twice at low temperature. The wine is aged in cement barrels before bottling.

The name Gaillac, the region where the Bois-Moisset estate is located, in the hands of Sylvie Ledran and Philippe Maffre, has been associated with wines since Antiquity; it is the oldest vineyard in France, with two thousand years of history and an impressive collection of ancient indigenous grape varieties. It is also a region of dazzling beauty, nicknamed "French Tuscany" because of its gentle hills planted with groves and its almost Florentine luminosity. Many estates, including that of Bois-Moisset, showcase this uniquely rich winemaking heritage. Along with an estate planted with vines, it is an organic mixed farm that directly sells its production of lentils, sunflower oil, cereal flours, and grape juice. A herd of old local breed cows also thrives there, and guest rooms are available in the summer. It is in this small rural paradise that natural wines typical of their origin and terroir are born, on fifteen hectares of boulbènes, gravelly and sandy-loam soils carried by the Tarn for thousands of years. The grape varieties are dominated by Syrah and Duras, but the ampelographic richness of Gaillacois (braucol, prunelart, loin-de-l'œil, etc.) is also evident in the vintages of the Bois-Moisset estate, which consist particularly of red wines with crisp fruitiness, concentrated but with smooth and delicate tannins.
Ma' Carotte Blanc 2020,
Frédéric Gounan
Lively, fruity, balanced, fresh, and mineral, Ma'Carotte reveals citrus (dried and roasted orange peel), pineapple, and guava on the nose, with hints of honey. A saline finish characteristic of the basalt soil, and a delicious acidity on the finish. Ma'Carotte is a dry white wine from Auvergne made from equal parts Pinot Gris and Sauvignon Blanc, directly pressed. Capped like a beer, it's perfect for all occasions and all pairings. If you see him passing by, take advantage of it, Frédéric doesn't make it every year.

Fresh, delicious, supple, intense, balanced, and with a surprising length on the palate, this beautiful red Grenache is perfect for drinking or keeping. Delicate and velvety, it offers beautifully blended tannins and a magnificent balance with notes of undergrowth and garrigue plants. It has the generous and caressing character of its grape variety. This is a good example of Fond Cyprès' "forest" wines, marked not only by their grape varieties but also by the wooded and windy environment that refreshed the grapes' growth. After hand-harvesting, destemming, and four weeks of fermentation in concrete vats, the wine spends ten months aging in old barrels. It comes from a sandy plot of Grenache vines surrounded by a forest and a biodynamic olive grove. It is aged for nine to twelve months in old 228-liter demi-muids, which have the advantage of not oaking the wine but ensuring a comfortable, gentle aging process.

This Languedoc estate is built on solid foundations: its two winemakers, Rodolphe and Laetitia, are also descendants of winemakers. Even before planting their first vine, they already had a clear objective: "to produce southern wines that reflect us, wines with character, attached to our soils, with freshness and refined tannins." They want to obtain entirely natural wines, concentrates of terroir. In the old Corbières massif, they are taking over an old heart of the estate already planted with abandoned Carignan and Grenache, which have seen neither fertilizer nor pesticides for years: these clean, living soils are an ideal condition for launching into natural wine. Deliciously balanced between mineral imprint, vegetal environment and expression of fruit, the wines of Fond Cyprès reflect the South: the caress of its sun, but also the freshness of its shadows.
