Mineral and dry yet fruity, joyful and pleasant, it offers a nose of pear and pineapple, plenty of freshness and acidity. VN, Vinel·lo rouge, is a particularly successful blend of indigenous grape varieties: samsó (cinsault), garrut (mourvèdre), trepat, ull de perdiu, queixal de llop, sumoll and grenache noir, harvested on predominantly limestone soils. SM Sumoll Red 2017, Partida Creus

Domaine Ruth Lewandowski
Mahlon is a dry white wine made entirely from the Piedmontese arneis grape variety, which, in the dialect of its native region, means "little rascal," an allusion to the difficulties it presents to winegrowers. Ruth Lewandowski is convinced that this difficulty is worth it, even if she only releases this cuvée once every two years. Six hours of skin maceration after foot-treading, complete malolactic fermentation, then six months of aging on lees. When it's good, it's very good! And if you see this bottle on our site, you know you have to enjoy it.

Matéo Rouge 2017, Domaine Julien Guillon
A vintage made from Pinot Noirs planted in 1962 on very steep slopes. It took a lot of work to bring this plot back to life. Very low yield for this first vintage. Semicarbonic maceration of the partially destemmed harvest, the rest in whole bunches. An extremely delicate wine, drinkable, fresh and digestible, which is fortunate because we come back to it very willingly. The fruit bursts in the mouth, the Iberian bellota ham is not far away, as well as all the high-quality cured meats.

Susucaru Rosso 2017, Frank Cornelissen
Formerly called Contadino, Susucaru red combines the characteristics of its former incarnation: it is the entry-level red from Azienda Frank Cornelissen and the most accessible of its vintages. It is composed of Nerello Mascalese and a few other varieties grown on the estate: Malvasia, Moscadella, Catarratto. The grapes are destemmed, lightly crushed, and undergo approximately sixty days of skin maceration. It is the aromatic expression of Etna, a vintage produced and blended in the traditional way, mixing plots and grape varieties. The result is a wine with a rich and voluptuous nose, elegant and fluid, endowed with structure and a strong personality. Aging potential: ten years. Serving temperature: 14-15 °C. Open twenty minutes before tasting. Pairings: all summer dishes, from marinated red peppers to grilled lamb and antipasti.

This luscious red is a blend of Callet, Manto Negro, and Monastrel, all vinified separately. The Monastrel undergoes semi-carbonic maceration. The grapes are then gently blended by hand in five-hundred-liter barrels for fermentation. The wine then rests for three months in vats and six months in bottle.
