Charmay, which means "chardonnay and gamay", refers to the blend of this wine obtained biodynamically on the clay-limestone soils of the Jura. A little mischievous, loaded with raspberry, orange peel and flowers, a truly exceptional wine supported by a fine acidity and earthy notes. The druid Panoramix, indeed, could not have done better.

Naturally made from 100% of the local grape variety called Molette (hence the label), this wine is produced biodynamically on clay-limestone soils. The grapes are pressed directly; the must ferments and matures in vats for nine months. Lots of charm, yellow citrus and white flowers, and a clean, saline finish.

Ivre de Vivre Blanc 2017, Domaine de l'Octavin
A 100% Viognier from the south of Beaujolais, vinified with light skin maceration, full of vitality. Extremely fragrant and aromatic: lemon zest, honeysuckle; great freshness on the palate. A supple and pleasant texture. Notes of tropical fruits (green mango, ripe mango, lychee, mandarin), honey, citrus (orange and lemon), but also mineral: chalk, pebble, dry earth after the rain.

Cariboum Rouge 2017, L'Octavin
The Carignan cultivated by Rémi Poujol and vinified by Alice Bouvot explodes in the mouth and this obviously gives Cariboum! But Carignan represents 88% of the blend: the rest, in small proportions, consists of Muscat, Viognier and Molette. Obtained by semicarbonic maceration of whole bunches, it presents an undeniable freshness. Pretty purplish ruby color and tangy notes of blueberry, cherry, blackberry, blackcurrant and cranberry. Fruity, juicy. The white grape varieties contribute to the airy lightness of this wine and its atypical fruitiness. On the finish, licorice and bay leaf rub shoulders with cinnamon: Cariboum is ultimately very complex despite its great drinkability.

You can serve it with anything you like, including sushi, sashimi, or gravlax. It has good character and is refreshing, both for the palate and the mind.
