Made from Muscat from the Pyrénées-Orientales grown biodynamically on clay-limestone soils, this wine is full of fruit and freshness. The grapes macerate for two weeks in whole bunches to promote the extraction of their lovely aromas. It will lend itself to all pairings, including desserts (not too sweet, please).
Natural wine with no added sulfites.
