Pinot noir, chardonnay and merlot obtained biodynamically on clay-limestone soils: a crisp, delicious, gurgling red, with notes of fresh pomegranate, blackberry, cherry and blueberry resting on an earthy and mineral structure with a slight pepperiness. The finish is deliciously tangy and lemony. As an aperitif or with food, we love it.
Natural wine with no added sulfites.
