Rhum Symphonie 52.1°, Longueteau Distillery
Longouteau Distillery
A blend of very old agricultural rums aged over three years in cognac and new oak barrels, Symphonie asserts itself with boldness and complexity. An aged rum with notes of caramel and spices, aged and matured to perfection. The symphony is made up of the different tones of the old vintages that make up this fine and intense rum. A rum for meditation, made for Havana cigars and great dark chocolates.
Rhum Prélude 50.1°, Longueteau
Distillerie Longueteau
Prélude is a single-variety rum made from 100% red sugar cane, expertly blended from several vintages and aged in French oak barrels. It is left at its original strength, without coloring or filtration: its alcohol content can therefore vary slightly depending on the edition. On the palate, a hint of caramel combines with the aromatic richness of the cane juice. Rich and fiery, yet not lacking in freshness, it is perfect for both beginners and connoisseurs.
Amber Rum 40°, Longueteau
Longouteau Distillery
Longouteau amber rum is made from white rum, stored for 18 months in oak barrels that previously contained cognac. There, it acquires a light tawny color, a delicate honeyed, cinnamon, and vanilla note, and a subtle acidity, while retaining a hint of the freshness of white rum. An all-purpose vintage that will delight rum lovers, bartenders, cooks, pastry chefs, and even those with a cold who will be delighted to be able to make themselves a hot toddy.

BS Blanc de Sumoll is an organic and natural sparkling white wine (method ancestral) produced by Partida Creus in Catalonia, and bottled in magnum format. This sunny white, made from 100% white sumoll (a grape variety that has become extremely rare in Catalonia), is a historic cuvée, the first produced by Massimo and Antonella. Categorized as Vino de Mesa (table wine), this is a very rare vintage that should not be missed when a few bottles appear.
Vinification
The Sumoll grapes (a native Catalan variety) are hand-harvested, directly pressed, and a fine maceration completes their delicacy. Packaged in magnums (guaranteeing breadth and depth) and an old vintage, what more could you ask for?
Tasting
With a superb golden tone tending towards orange, BS Ancestral is made for the table and refined dishes. Vibrant and aromatic, it offers notes of citrus (grapefruit, orange, lemon), rose, peach, apple, quince, garrigue (thyme, rosemary), and quince, with a rather saline finish. It is also mineral with notes of honey, leather, and stone. It’s an all-terrain wine that will go well with any dish and in a festive atmosphere. Celebrate its opening with bellota ham, oysters, and smoked seafood.
Learn more about Partida Creus
Partida Creus is an organic, biodynamic, and natural winery in southern Catalonia (Bonastre, Baix-Penedés) cultivated by Massimo Marchiori and Antonella Gerosa, former architects in Barcelona. By recovering abandoned vineyards, they have saved a stunning diversity of traditional Catalan grape varieties from oblivion. On these sandy, clay-limestone or clay-gravelly soils, they produce natural wines without added sulphites.
A Catalan ampelothèque
Vinyater, sumoll, garrut, monastrell, ull de perdiu, ull de llebre, sumoll, queixal de llop, cariñena, trepat, ceciat parent, maccabeu, parellada, pansé, vinel·lo, bobal, cartoixà vermell or xarel·lo (among others): it is a true conservatory of native Catalan grape varieties that Partida Creus takes care of in natural mode. The wines reflect this diversity, with the winegrowers striving to best convey the signature of the soil and the grape variety. The wines, fresh, vibrant, lush, and straightforward, breathe life.
The Partida Creus look
Single varietals are common at Partida Creus, alongside blends, all in the styles dear to Catalonia: still wine, sparkling wine (cava), or even vermouth. The bottles are instantly recognizable: plain glass or covered with ivory labels, the vintage being indicated by two large stenciled initials.
Cailloux Rouge 2022
Patrick Bouju
Cailloux is an organic and natural red wine from Patrick Bouju, with no added sulfites and sourced from the Auvergne terroir. Classified as a Vin de France, it is a wine extremely representative of its terroir and a fine example of the winemaker's refined expertise. The magnum format amplifies its natural character and further accentuates its depth.
Vinification
Cailloux comes from Patrick Bouju's old Pinot Noir vines located in Madargue, near Riom, in Limagne. The terroir is basaltic, clay-limestone, marl-limestone, and sandy. The grapes macerate in whole bunches, and during fermentation, 1% of the estate's Chardonnay press juice is added. The wine is aged for a year in sandstone amphorae and barrels.
Tasting
Cailloux lives up to its name: wild, smoky, long, and stony, with great aromatic persistence. Marked by intensely mineral notes: stone, metal. The fruit is present and juicy. The overall impression is dense and concentrated; the wine can be drunk now but will still have a few years to drink. Serving temperature: 14-16 °C. Open twenty minutes before tasting or decant. You can pair it with charcuterie, salted meats, beef and all kinds of local cuisine.
Learn more about Patrick Bouju and the La Bohème estate
Near Billom, the Auvergne Tuscany, once covered with vines, is the privileged domain of Gamay d'Auvergne, a strain old grape variety. It is there, on these volcanic soils, that Patrick Bouju works, mainly with old vines.
Viticulture and trade
Patrick breathes new life into the often abandoned terroirs of Puy-de-Dôme and its indigenous grape varieties. Under the La Bohème estate, he operates as a wine merchant using purchased organic grapes. His exclusive Culinaries partnerships are famous: with Action Bronson for the series A la Natural, with Jason Ligas in Greece for Sous le Végétal…
A winemaker who lends a helping hand
The current renaissance of the Auvergne vineyard (which was once the third largest in France) owes a lot to Patrick. The fact that he likes to lend a hand to his winemaker friends in France and elsewhere only confirms his image as a role model, a leader. Its noble, chiseled, distinguished, never trivial wines are immediately recognizable in the glass.
