Sumoll Ferestec Sparkling White 2010,
From the Sumoll grape variety, rare and emblematic of Catalonia, Sumoll Ferestec 2010 from Clos Lentiscus is a sparkling white that stands the test of time with elegance. Made using the ancestral method, this natural wine reveals a fascinating complexity, combining freshness and aromatic depth.
A unique sparkling wine, sculpted by the years
Unlike young and lively sparkling wines, this 2010 vintage has gained complexity over the years. Its fine, delicate bubbles carry a evolved and refined bouquet, where notes of honey, orange peel and bitter almond mingle with a touch of red fruits, evoking ripe strawberries. This maturation gives it a silky texture, while retaining a beautiful freshness and impeccable length.
A gastronomic and versatile wine
Served well chilled, at 10-12°C, Sumoll Ferestec 2010 pairs well with fruits of sea, refined tapas, or even mature cheese. Its subtle balance between roundness and tension makes it an ideal companion for special occasions or more intimate tasting moments. A natural, elegant, and unique sparkling wine that proves that Catalonia is full of unsuspected treasures.
Magnum BB "Hondos" Red 2018
Partida Creus
Antonella Gerosa and Massimo Marchiori, originally from Piedmont—and even from the Langhe region, where wine is well-known—first pursued careers as architects in Barcelona. But the wine bug bit them, and they soon abandoned the big city and its sophistication for the vineyards of southern Catalonia, in Bonastre in Baix-Penedés. There, they found a wealth of abandoned vineyards planted with a dizzying diversity of traditional Catalan grape varieties, which they passionately revived to save these varieties—and their wines—from oblivion. For them, it's not just a matter of heritage rescue, no: it's a matter of taste and nature. Of natural wines, which they will continue to make from now on on these sandy, poor, clay-limestone or clay-gravel soils, poor and poorly irrigated, where the vines suffer to give their best juice. This is why their estate is as important from a winemaking perspective as it is from a historical perspective - we are talking here about the history of the vine in Catalonia.
Massimo and Antonella practice organic, biodynamic viticulture, entirely manual and natural in order to give new life to these wines. Vinyater, sumoll, garrut, monastrell, ull de perdiu, ull de llebre, sumoll, queixal de llop, cariñena, trepat, subirat parent, maccabeu, parellada, pansé, vinel.lo, bobal, cartoixà vermell or xarel.lo: Partida Creus is a veritable conservatory of native Catalan grape varieties. It also grows moscatel, grenache, merlot and cabernet (among others). Few wineries can boast growing so many different grape varieties. The wines reflect this diversity, with the winemakers striving to best convey the signature of the soil and the grape variety: single-variety wines are common among them, alongside extensive blends, all in the styles dear to Catalonia: still wine, "ancestral" sparkling wine, and even vermouth. The bottles themselves are works of art: bare glass, simply marked with two large stenciled initials that denote the vintage. The wines, fresh, vibrant, lush but always straightforward and impeccably juicy and fruity, breathe life. The arrival of a Partida Creus at the table always elicits exclamations of joy. This 100% Bobal is a racy and finely wild red from the Hondos plot, built on a grape variety common in Spain but whose expression is very original here. Dark cherry red color; on the nose, candy, sweet flowers, fresh fruits, violet, thyme. On the palate, a lot of distinction: a straight acidity and morello cherry, ripe plum, black pepper, a small saline touch on the finish. Serve well chilled.
Coteau Libre Red 2016
A beautiful macabeu with a strong personality, vinified by Michaël Georget in the Albères region. This grape variety has often been used as a blending ingredient; it deserves to shine on its own. The nose already announces the wine's structure and velvety texture, and the palate appreciates the clarity and tension, which doesn't prevent it from being very delicious.
A natural wine with no added sulfites.
Xarab Vigiriega Doré VGR White 2009,
On south-facing schist hillsides at an altitude of 1,300 meters, Manuel Valenzuela has created, within the Xarab series, this astonishing sweet white wine made entirely from the native Vigiriega grape variety, raisined on the vine and harvested in December. The color is a beautiful bright gold, the nose fragrant (yellow fruits); the flavor is rich, intense, generous, and aromatic. A perfectly balanced sweet wine.
Natural wine with no added sulfites.
Beaujolais Lancié, Red 2021
Domaine Bélicard
With this cuvée under the Beaujolais Villages appellation, Domaine Bélicard celebrates the purest and most direct expression of Gamay. Made from organically farmed vines on the granite terroir of Lancié, this still red wine is a fruit bomb, an ode to freshness and deliciousness, to be enjoyed without delay.
A natural wine that gets straight to the point
The hand-harvested grapes are vinified whole cluster, respecting natural practices: short maceration of a few days, spontaneous fermentation thanks to indigenous yeasts, no enological inputs. The brief aging (one month) in concrete vats aims to preserve the aromatic brilliance and natural tension of the Gamay. No disguise, no heaviness: just fruit and honesty.
A juicy and expressive red
Upon opening, the nose imposes itself with a palette of crunchy red fruits: cherry, raspberry, pomegranate, with a small note of kirsch that adds a gourmet accent. On the palate, the texture is fluid, smooth, and highly drinkable. It's a striking wine, with a slightly peppery, fresh, and thirst-quenching finish.
The friend of good times
Served at 14–16 °C, Beaujolais Lancié 2021 will accompany friendly aperitifs, charcuterie platters, savory tarts, or grilled poultry. Its frankness makes it an excellent everyday companion. It can be kept for 3 to 5 years, but everything will push you to drink it young, as it sparkles with energy.

Produced using the traditional method, with a second fermentation in the bottle, this Crémant reveals a fine effervescence and a delicate profile of white flowers and herbaceous notes, supported by a beautiful mineral tension. The absence of dosage preserves the freshness and honesty of the wine, while its 11.1% alcohol enhances its easy-drinking character. The result is an expressive and delicious skin-contact white wine that combines the aromatic character of the grape varieties with a beautiful freshness.
After a few days of maceration, the wine develops aromas of apricot, quince, and citrus, accompanied by a floral dimension. The palate is textured yet remains fresh and digestible, with a slight structure brought by skin contact. An accessible and versatile orange wine, to be drunk between 10 and 12°C, ideal as an aperitif but also with spicy dishes, grilled meats, or Asian cuisine.

With only 11.1% alcohol, the palate is supple, crisp, and particularly digestible: a true thirst-quenching wine, but with enough character to accompany a meal.
The grapes are vinified in whole clusters, with a maceration that prioritizes fruit and freshness over extraction. This approach results in a lively, light, and immediately accessible red. Serve slightly chilled, around 16°C, as an aperitif or with a charcuterie board, grilled meats, barbecue sausages, or simple and generous cuisine.

Created exclusively for Culinaries, this cuvée is the result of a meticulous blend of several batches of Malbec, aged separately. A portion of the wine is aged in concrete vats to preserve the fruit's vibrancy and the grape variety's natural freshness, while another spends a year in barrels that have already held several wines, adding complexity and depth without masking the character of the terroir.
The result is a Cahors that is both precise and approachable, where aromas of ripe red fruits mingle with delicate smoky, herbaceous, and floral notes of violet. The palate is round, balanced, and supported by a beautiful freshness that prolongs the tasting experience. A contemporary interpretation of Malbec, true to the philosophy of Danis dans la Vigne: to produce lively, digestible wines that respect their environment.
