Née de la collaboration entre Youri Bosque et Antony Tortul (La Sorga), Splinter Twin est une cuvée de macération à la personnalité affirmée. Le nez associe agrumes confits, fruits exotiques, fleurs séchées et une fine trame épicée. La bouche est ample, énergique et légèrement tannique, offrant un bel équilibre entre fraîcheur, texture et salinité.
Vinification
Vendanges manuelles, macération pelliculaire, fermentation avec levures indigènes puis élevage en vieux contenants. Vin non collé, non filtré et sans intrants inutiles, dans le pur style des deux vignerons.
M&M est un rouge de plaisir élaboré à partir de cépages méditerranéens, où le fruit domine avec des notes de cerise, de framboise et de garrigue. La bouche est souple, gourmande et particulièrement digeste, avec une belle fraîcheur qui invite à se resservir. Une cuvée spontanée, fidèle à l'esprit libre de Jean Louis Pinto.

Natural wine without added sulphites.
Créée en exclusivité pour Culinaries, cette cuvée est née de l'assemblage minutieux de plusieurs lots de Malbec élevés séparément. Une partie du vin est élevée en cuve béton afin de préserver l'éclat du fruit et la fraîcheur naturelle du cépage, tandis qu'une autre passe un an en barriques ayant déjà contenu plusieurs vins, apportant complexité et profondeur sans masquer le caractère du terroir.
Le résultat est un Cahors à la fois précis et accessible, où les arômes de fruits rouges mûrs se mêlent à de délicates notes fumées, herbacées et florales de violette. La bouche est ronde, équilibrée et portée par une belle fraîcheur qui allonge la dégustation. Une interprétation contemporaine du Malbec, fidèle à la philosophie de Danis dans la Vigne : produire des vins vivants, digestes et respectueux de leur environnement.
With Blanc 2023, Tom Lubbe delivers a wine of great purity, true to his minimalist and life-respecting approach. The grapes, biodynamically grown on high-altitude Roussillon terroirs, give birth to a taut, saline, and particularly vibrant white wine.
The nose reveals notes of fresh citrus, lemon zest, white flowers, and yellow-fleshed fruits, accompanied by a subtle mineral touch. The palate is both full-bodied and very energetic, driven by precise acidity and a delicate texture that lengthens the wine with great elegance. True to their artisanal approach, each fruit is harvested at perfect ripeness and then processed immediately to preserve the full aromatic richness of its peel and pulp.
The Tahitian lime, selected for its intensity and finesse, gives rise to a liqueur of great precision. Each citrus fruit, with its singularity, brings an additional nuance, making each batch slightly unique and deeply vibrant.
To the eye, the color reveals a clear and luminous hue, promising freshness. The nose opens brilliantly with frank notes of lime zest, accompanied by subtle vegetal touches and an almost floral dimension. The ensemble is pure, clean, intensely evocative of freshly cut fruit.

The grapes, picked at perfect ripeness, undergo a short maceration of a few days to extract just enough matter without harshness. Fermentation occurs naturally, without exogenous yeasts or additives. The six-month aging takes place in barrels that have held several wines (not new), bringing complexity and suppleness without masking the fruit.

The nose is expressive, featuring fresh red fruits, violet, and a subtle spicy touch.
