Santenay Clos Genets Red 2023
Châteauneuf du Pape Red 2022
Domaine Les Grandes Serres
With this 2022 Châteauneuf-du-Pape cuvée, Domaine Les Grandes Serres offers a rare and unique version of this prestigious appellation: a wine with no added sulfites, deeply rooted in its terroir, and made from a Grenache majority harvested on the characteristic rolled pebbles of the region.
The vinification, carried out with finesse, begins with destemmed maceration, favoring controlled extraction of aromas and tannins. The wine is then aged for one year in barrels that have held several previous wines, which gives it a beautiful structure, without excessive oak, and slow oxygenation that stabilizes it naturally. No sulfur is added, either during vinification or bottling, allowing the wine to express itself in its freest form.
When tasted, this cuvée reveals a deep and intense color, with garnet reflections. The nose is generous: ripe dark fruits, dried fruits, peppery spices, and a subtle smoky note evoke the garrigue and the warmth of the South. On the palate, it is dense, sun-drenched, but the balance is there: melted tannins, a long and warm finish, with a beautiful reserve of freshness.
This Châteauneuf will perfectly accompany grilled or sauced red meats, rich autumn dishes, or well-spiced Mediterranean cuisine. Already appealing when young after decanting, it has a cellaring potential of over 10 years. A rare, sincere, and resolutely expressive bottle.

Le Blanc des Garennes, White 2024
Fond Cyprès
Nestled in the heart of Languedoc, the Fond Cyprès estate unveils with Le Blanc des Garennes 2024 a natural white wine of great finesse. This blend of Grenache Blanc, Roussanne, and Viognier embodies the balance between freshness, creaminess, and aromatic expression of the South, all while adhering to the principles of committed organic viticulture.
Controlled aging for a silky texture
The grapes, grown on clay-limestone soils, are pressed directly after harvest, without maceration. Fermentation occurs with indigenous yeasts, without inputs, then the wine is aged for five months in multi-vintage barrels to round out the texture without imbuing the aromatic profile with wood. The result: a cuvée that is both fresh and full-bodied, with a caressing texture.
A floral nose, a generous palate
Upon tasting, Le Blanc des Garennes entices with its delicate aromas of white flowers, peach, and yellow fruits. On the palate, the wine is both supple and taut, with a slightly saline undertone and a beautiful persistence. It combines volume and vivacity, without ever becoming heavy.
Pairings and sharing moments
Served between 10 and 12 °C, this natural wine pairs wonderfully with shellfish, white meats, sunny herb-infused dishes, or even Italian or Mediterranean cuisine. It can be enjoyed in its youth but will gain complexity over 5 to 10 years. A gastronomic, accessible, and refined cuvée.
Covenant Rouge 2018
Danis dans la Vigne
The quiet strength of a patient and vibrant Cahors
With Covenant 2018, the Danis dans la vigne estate continues its meticulous work with Malbec, offering it a rare setting of time and care. This natural red from Cahors, organically grown on clay-limestone soil, benefited from an extraordinary aging process: 2 years in barrels, followed by 4 years in vats before bottling. All of this, without any rush, without fining, without filtration, in an artisanal approach that is deeply respectful of the grape and the terroir.
This wine, with its dark, almost opaque color, immediately conveys a sense of depth. The long and controlled aging gives it a complex aromatic expression, where violet, the signature of Malbec, blends with candied black fruits, sweet spices, and a delicate hint of melted wood.
A natural red of character and aging potential
On the palate, Covenant 2018 is ample, structured, yet perfectly balanced. The tannins are present but velvety, the texture is juicy, enveloping, and the saline finish extends the elegance. This wine has lost none of its vibrancy despite its six years of aging — on the contrary, it gains in depth with each breath.
To be enjoyed today or kept in the cellar for another 10 years or more, this cuvée is ideal with roasted red meat, an autumn barbecue, or a truffle dish. Serve it at 16-18°C, no decanting necessary, in a large balloon glass to release all its complexity.
Marty Red 2022
Danis dans la Vigne
A straightforward and fleshy Malbec, from an exceptional terroir
Marty 2022 is much more than just a wine: it's a vibrant tribute to the deep terroir of Cahors, and particularly to one of the most beautiful plots of the Danis estate in the vineyard. This Malbec, from clay-limestone soils, cultivated organically and without any synthetic chemicals, produces a dense, juicy, and profoundly sincere natural wine.
Short maceration, followed by 8 months of aging in stainless steel tanks, preserves the integrity of the fruit while revealing the finesse of the grape variety. With no added inputs and only indigenous yeasts, this wine respects the spirit of living wine, offering an elegant and clear expression of Malbec, far from heavy extractions and pronounced oakiness.
A vibrant, structured yet supple red
From the first pour, Marty 2022 displays a deep purple color with violet reflections. The nose is immediate, generous, blending aromas of ripe black fruits, candied fruit, and a subtle touch of leather, evoking the noble rusticity of the grape variety. On the palate, the attack is supple, followed by a beautiful, melted tannic structure, without harshness, and carried by a lovely freshness. It's a wine that is both gourmet and serious, perfect for accompanying grilled red meats, stews, or a fine cut of aged beef.
Serve between 16 and 18°C, it can be enjoyed now or aged 5 to 10 years in the cellar to gain even more complexity. A modern and lively Cahors, like a bridge between tradition and freedom.
Sylvaner Origin Blanc 2022,
Jean-Marc Dreyer
Sylvaner Origin by Jean-Marc Dreyer is a dry white Alsatian wine made from maceration (orange wine), organic (AB label), biodynamic, and natural, with no added sulfites. Jean-Marc Dreyer's Origin range consists of single-varietal cuvées based on six Alsatian grape varieties (Sylvaner, Auxerrois, Pinot Gris, Gewurztraminer, Riesling, and Muscat), enhanced by skin-on maceration with a touch of controlled oxidation. The discovery of each of these vintages is always a surprise and a delight.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and macerated for seven days in whole bunches. After pressing and fermentation, the wine is aged for ten to eleven months in Alsatian style, in foudres and demi-muids, without topping up. Biodynamic method, fermentation with indigenous yeasts, unfiltered, unclarified, no sulfites added in the vineyard or cellar.
Tasting
Notes of citrus, orange peel, pineapple, fine and straight structure, beautiful tension, minerality: this Sylvaner Origin from Jean-Marc Dreyer is fine and elegant. In addition to being organic and vinified without additives, it offers depth, opulence, aroma, with a superb structure on the palate and fine tannins. You can try it with a platter of seafood, but we enjoy it with everything: it's perfect for aperitifs as well as the most distinguished dinners — from dry sausage to truffle puff pastry and foie gras.
Learn more about Jean-Marc Dreyer
Jean-Marc Dreyer, a biodynamic and natural Alsace winemaker (AB organic certification label), succeeds several generations of his family at the Dreyer & Fils, created in 1830 between Obernai and Molsheim. Upon taking over the estate, he immediately opted for biodynamics. In 2009, upon returning from a pilgrimage to Compostela, he decided to never again add sulfur to any wine. Having made this decision, he asserted his style around skin-to-skin maceration, accentuated and chiseled, bringing out the soul of the Alsatian grape varieties. Jean-Marc also works with direct pressing and often with single varietals. He also produces Pinot Noir reds of surprising depth.
Maceration and Direct Press
Jean-Marc Dreyer's wines are characterized by whole-bunch maceration (but you should also taste his direct-press whites). "Maceration in Alsace," he says, "is an ancestral tradition! In the past, we worked by hand and let the grapes macerate before sending the marc to the press. » Gentle oxidation is also a particular feature of his wines, generally vinified without topping up. Jean-Marc is best known for his "Origin" series, a finely macerated expression of Alsace grape varieties, but we invite you to discover his other wines.
Côte Pelée Red 2019
This splendid Côte Pelée cuvée, produced in Savoie by Jean-Yves Péron, is a red wine classified as a Vin de France. A rare and precious bottle.
Vinification
Côte Pelée is made from century-old Mondeuse vines growing on mica-schist soils in Albertville. Only the finest grapes are selected to make this cuvée. The cap is punched down for two months and the grapes are aged for two years in barrels.
Tasting
A powerful, deep, and robust wine with notes of leather, black fruits, cherry, raspberry, and blackberry. A vintage that you will pair with the finest red meats and regional cuisine.
Learn more about Jean-Yves Péron
Jean-Yves Péron is a talented embodiment of the organic, biodynamic, and natural renaissance of the Savoyard vineyard, which is based on varied soils and numerous indigenous grape varieties (Jacquère, Altesse, Mondeuse, etc.). At his Chevaline winery in the Bauges region, he vinifies the grapes from his plots in Conflans, near Albertville, and Fréterive, in the Isère valley.
High-altitude biodynamics
Jean-Yves Péron's work follows the principles of minimal intervention. On narrow, steep surfaces, his mountain vines in micro-plots, worked by hand, receive no synthetic products, Jean-Yves preferring horsetail and nettle manure. All of Jean-Yves Péron's wines are sulfite-free, made from hand-harvested grapes, vinified in whole bunches and foot-trodden in the vat. For all vintages, the free-run and press are blended, then aged on lees for at least one year, in two- or three-wine barrels, amphorae or tuns, before final blending. They must be stored at a temperature below 18°C. No sulfites are added, or as little as possible, and the wines are not fined or filtered.
Italian-Savoyard trade
Since 2011, a trading activity has allowed Jean-Yves Péron to buy the harvest from neighboring organic winegrowers and to collaborate with winegrowers in Northern Italy: this is the I Vicini series, which allows him to diversify the terroirs and deepen his winemaking and aging experiences.
