Bottle Neck Rouge 2011, Domaine Leonine A red composed of half thirty-year-old Syrahs grown on sandy-loam soil on half a hectare, and half Grenache Noir grown on half a hectare of the same soil on the same site. The freshness on the palate is explained by a fifteen-day carbonic maceration before pressing. Aging is six months in barrels, with racking and bottling by gravity without added sulfur. Generous, delicious and spicy. Natural wine with no added sulfites.
Sauvageonne Blanc 2010, Domaine des Griottes A pure Sauvignon Blanc from the Loire! Produced from vines planted on predominantly schist soils, the Sauvageonne cuvée was born on plots happily intermingling with beehives and fruit trees. It is undoubtedly to this idyllic environment that it owes its nose of white flowers, dried grass and cut hay. On the palate, the same battle, with plenty of minerality and delicate honeyed notes. Natural wine with no added sulfites.
Fond Cyprès - Rodolphe Ourliac et Laetitia Gianesini
Cyprès de toi Rosé 2019, Cypress Base Ideal for this muy caliente summer: the notes of stone fruit give the sensation of walking through a ripe orchard, but the freshness is preserved by aging in stainless steel tanks. Serve it with seafood and barbecued fish… Rosé, 100% Malbec, it is a true gastronomic rosé, very complex and original. Don't be afraid to place it on a large table, the pool will be satisfied with something else. Natural wine with no added sulfites.
Magnum Malophet Rouge 2011, Domaine Leonine 80% Carignan, 20% Grenache Noir: a wine whose name doesn't evoke some Kabbalistic demon but rather "malo fait" (malolactic fermentation, of course), under the aegis of a hypothetical goddess of Bacteria in fermentation mythology (which is as good as any other). A herbaceous, earthy nose precedes a palate of stewed fruit, mineral, with substance, velvety texture, and freshness. No added sulfur. The tannins, with nine years of age, are perfectly melted. Natural wine with no added sulfites.
Magnum Émilie Tom red 2018, Emilie Mutombo Émilie for… Émilie, Tom for Tom Colman of the Jauma estate in Australia, who helped the winemaker create this beautiful, clear, vermillion red, a blend of Cartoixa Vermell and Garrut. The Cartoixa is directly pressed before being blended with Garrut, vinified using carbonic maceration. The result is bursting with fruit and freshness. Natural wine with no added sulfites.
Magnum Maquis Rouge 2012, Domaine Vinci Lledo what? Here is a deep red produced from lledoner pelut, a little-known Catalan grape variety. The Maquis cuvée reflects the quintessence of the clay-limestone soil, with the added generosity of Roussillon. The grapes are vinified in whole bunches, trampled by foot, then placed in cement vats. A captivating nose with notes of raspberry, confirmed on the palate, with a fairly pronounced tannic grain.

Last bottles in stock! Morey Saint Denis Rouge 2012, Yann Durieux The splendor of this Burgundy climate meets the expertise of Yann Durieux, close to nature. Atypical however: under its carmine color with purplish nuances, it offers delicious notes of red fruits which, with time (and for a 2012, this is the case) evolve into leather, game and truffle. Natural wine without added sulfites.
Magnum El Nino Rouge 2013, Le Casot des Mailloles Carignan, Syrah and Mourvèdre from old, low-yielding vines, requiring considerable work, especially on the more than rugged terrain of the Banyuls hillsides. This wine of great character presents all the distinction of red Collioure – density, depth, freshness, black fruits – with the minerality of the soil exactly transmitted: no wood, vinification is done in concrete, in whole bunches, and aging in stainless steel vats. Aging accentuates the depth of this wine. Notes of pepper and spices, long and balanced finish. Natural wine without added sulfites.
La Chute 2017, Domaine Julien Guillon At an altitude of 750 meters, on soils of schist, clay, and white quartz, the Gamaret grape variety (twenty-year-old vines) cultivated biodynamically for three years gives its best. Fifteen days of carbonic maceration in whole bunches, and voilà, a superb nose of spices and cloves, followed by a palate of intensely fresh black cherry. A magnificent, dense and deep wine, to pair with game, the best quality beef, noble mushrooms such as oronge or cep. And of course, black truffle. How much harder will the fall be? No: the cuvée received this name in honor of a fall the winemaker had while rolling from top to bottom of his plot. Switzerland is steep, did you know that? Natural wine with no added sulfites.
Navine Blanc 2007, Domaine des Griottes This wine, named after its plot, is a 100% sulfur-free Loire Chenin, slightly oxidative at the start but then revealing a great aromatic opulence: the complexity of its grape variety is fully expressed by the white fruits, typical of the Chenins of this micro-region, whether dry or sweet. On the nose, wonderful notes of candied fruit, notably quince, and on the palate, a lot of freshness with touches of walnut in addition to the candied quince that asserts itself. Extraordinary length for a very beautiful wine chiseled like a sculpture. One bottle maximum per person + one bottle from another winemaker to validate the order
