A 100% Pineau d'Aunis that has seen more. L'Enchanteresse is a vintage from old vines planted in the Coteaux du Loir appellation, on soils dominated by clay and flint. Partially destemmed, the grapes macerate for three to four weeks, which gives them excellent aging potential. Bottling takes place after thirty months of aging. A very intense nose of black fruits that continues with a beautiful volume in the mouth, and a length that leaves you thinking.

At the end of alcoholic fermentation, the grapes are blended in vats before aging for seven months. With notes of lemon and flint, it will be a good companion to mussels and fries, fish meunière, fritto misto, or fried smelt. Aging potential: ten years.
