The whole bunch maceration lasts two weeks in vats with indigenous yeasts. Aging is twelve months in barrels. No filtration, no addition of sulfites. I Vicini Moscato is an "orange" that combines the aromatic power of Muscat (floral notes, exotic fruits, candied apricot, beeswax), with a slight smoky note, and the rectitude, the tension of the maceration white.
