On the nose, there are beautiful notes of candied red fruits, which continue on a round, fluid, peppery, and decidedly fleshy palate, expressing all the beauty of this very straightforward grape variety. Natural wine with no added sulfites.
Muscat Sec des Roumanis Blanc 2012, Le Petit Domaine de Gimios This dry Muscat with small grains comes from century-old vines planted on limestone soil very close to the bedrock. The grapes are foot-trodden, very lightly macerated and then aged for several months in stainless steel vats. Natural wine with no added sulfites.

Rosso 2013 red, Le Coste This generous Italian red is made from a blend composed mainly of Grechetto (a local variety related to Sangiovese), with the secondary grape varieties being Cannaiolo, Colorino, Ciliegiolo, and Vaiano, indigenous varieties planted in the vineyards on the volcanic soils of the Le Coste estate. Fermentation lasts about a month in French oak vats and chestnut vats. Rosso is then aged in Slovenian oak barrels. At first glance, a beautiful ruby color, a crisp and juicy palate, where we find notes of red and black fruits. Natural wine with no added sulfites
Brutal 2015 sparkling white, Babass aka Sébastien Dervieux Brutal is a concept inspired by the Bar Brutal in Barcelona: any natural winemaker can make a cuvée, part of which is intended for the bar. The principle is to obtain a fruity and easily drinkable wine. This natural sparkling white from Babass, 100% Chenin, is fresh and lively, with a magnificent aromatic structure and astonishing vivacity. Natural wine without added sulfites

Bianchetto Blanc 2012, Le Coste Bianchetto is the result of a blend of Procanico, Malvasia, and Moscato from the Le Coste estate, a volcanic winegrowing Eden located on the borders of Tuscany and Umbria. This intense white seduces the eye with a slightly amber color, and the nose slides towards lovely citrus notes. On the palate, it feels like an orchard, between peach, quince, and apricot. Very light, it can be drunk alone or with a good accompaniment. With a venerable Sunday white meat, for example. Natural wine with no added sulfites.
Litrozzo Blanc 2013, Le Coste In its generous liter format, Litrozzo is our quintessential white table wine. Made from a blend of Trebbiano and Procanico from the Le Coste estate, it is recognizable by its voluptuous curves and cartoonish label, as well as its clear yellow color. The citrus nose continues on the palate with aromas of white fruits. To be sipped on a spring evening, alongside the first asparagus of the season. Natural wine with no added sulfites.
