XL Xarel·lo White 2020
Partida Creus
XL Xarel·lo is a smoky, explosive, lively, and mineral white wine that is also characterized by excellent drinkability and conviviality combined with uncommon depth and persistence. Classified as a Vino de Mesa (table wine), this is a classic white from the Partida Creus estate that offers a pure and typical expression of the native Catalan grape variety Xarel·lo. It is a good introduction to this winery's many vintages, as it is so representative of their style. Pair XL Blanco with seafood, fish, white meats, and roasted or grilled poultry.

Partida Creus is an important estate, both from a winemaking and historical perspective—we are talking here about the history of the vine in Catalonia. Massimo Marchiori and Antonella Gerosa, originally from Piedmont—and even from the Langhe region, where wine is well-versed—first pursued careers as architects in Barcelona. But the wine bug tickled them, and they soon abandoned the big city and its sophistication for the vineyards of southern Catalonia, in Bonastre in Baix-Penedés. There they found a number of abandoned vineyards planted with a dizzying diversity of traditional Catalan grape varieties, which they passionately revived to save these varieties—and their wines—from oblivion. For them, it's not just a matter of saving their heritage, no: it's a matter of taste and nature. Of natural wines, which they will never stop making from now on on these sandy, poor, clay-limestone or clay-gravel soils, poor and poorly irrigated, where the vines suffer to produce their best juice. Massimo and Antonella practice organic, biodynamic, entirely manual and natural viticulture in order to give new life to these wines. Vinyater, sumoll, garrut, monastrell, ull de perdiu, ull de llebre, sumoll, queixal de llop, cariñena, trepat, ceciat parent, maccabeu, parellada, pansé, vinel·lo, bobal, cartoixà vermell or xarel·lo: it is a true conservatory of the native Catalan grape varieties that Partida Creus cares for. There is also Moscatel, Grenache, Merlot and Cabernet (among others). Few wineries can boast of growing so many different grape varieties. The wines reflect this diversity, with winemakers striving to best convey the signature of the soil and the grape variety: single varietals are common among them, alongside very rich blends, all in the styles dear to Catalonia: still wine, "ancestral" sparkling wine, and even vermouth. The bottles themselves are works of art: bare glass, simply marked with two large stenciled initials that indicate the cuvée. The wines, fresh, vibrant, lush but always straightforward and impeccably juicy and fruity, breathe life. The arrival of a Partida Creus at the table always elicits cries of satisfaction.
XLC Xarel Lo Culinaries White 2022
Partida Creus
Culinaries Exclusive! This fruit of our collaboration with our favorite Catalan-Piedmontese, Antonella and Massimo, is a superb dry white from Catalonia, a unique and rare cuvée, and we are proud to present its first vintage. Classified as Vino de Mesa (table wine) and composed entirely of the indigenous Catalan Xarel·lo grape variety, this Culinaries cuvée is modeled on the estate's XL Xarel·lo, with notable differences. The wine is aged for a longer period and is done in demi-muids (large 500-650 liter barrels), which provides micro-oxygenation that enhances its complexity and fullness. It is therefore an "augmented" version of the XL, and it already tastes admirably, with a promise of great stability. Smoky, mineral, this Vino de Mesa (table wine) is already a classic, offering a pure and typical expression of xarel·lo. You can pair XL Xarel·lo Culinaries with the best of seafood, fish, white meats, roasted, grilled or cooked poultry in sauce...

YARD Orange, White 2022
Danis dans la vigne
With YARD Orange, Danis dans la vigne ventures into the realm of skin-contact white wines, known as "orange" wines, which challenge traditional perceptions. This natural 100% Colombard cuvée, made from organically grown grapes on the clay-limestone soils of southern Lot, embodies a free and contemporary vision of white wine, full of color, energy, and sincerity.
An artisanal and precise orange wine
Several days of skin maceration allow this Colombard to extract aromas, body, and a subtle golden hue from its skins. No enological additives are used: spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts, no fining or filtration, and seven months of aging in stainless steel tanks to preserve the fruit's crispness. The result is a pure, vibrant, uncompromising natural wine.
A bright and lively palate
The nose evokes ripe apricot, citrus zest, and a very refreshing herbaceous touch. On the palate, the attack is frank and taut, with a beautiful structure provided by very fine tannins from the maceration. The overall impression is lively, easy-drinking, and leaves a tonic sensation on the finish.
For the curious and the unconventional
YARD Orange is best enjoyed between 10 and 12 °C, without decanting. It will naturally find its place as an aperitif, with vegetarian dishes, white meats, or Mediterranean-inspired cuisine. It is an enlightened thirst-quenching wine, to be drunk young to fully appreciate its fruity expression and freshness.
YARD Rouge, Red 2023
Danis dans la vigne
With "YARD Rouge", Danis dans la vigne offers an uninhibited and lively version of Malbec, the emblematic grape variety of Cahors. Here, there's no excessive concentration or robust extraction: this 100% organic Malbec asserts its freedom and accessibility, in a natural version full of charm and personality.
A natural winemaking process, true to the fruit
From vines planted on clay-limestone soils in the Lot region, the grapes are cultivated without chemicals, respecting natural balances. The winemaking is artisanal: gentle maceration for two weeks, fermentation with indigenous yeasts, without oenological additives, followed by nine months of aging in stainless steel tanks. This choice preserves all the fruit's vibrancy, without masking the identity of the grape variety or the terroir.
A supple and tasty red
On tasting, YARD Rouge seduces with its open nose of ripe dark fruit aromas (plum, blackberry), accompanied by touches of dried fruit. On the palate, the texture is supple, the tannins are fine and well-integrated, with a lovely grain and a finish that retains freshness. The style is clean, pure, and invites indulgence without heaviness.
The natural wine for all occasions
Perfect at 14–16 °C, after a light decanting, YARD Rouge is perfect for an aperitif or at the table. It will pair wonderfully with slow-cooked dishes, grilled meats, or a nice charcuterie board. To be drunk within two years to fully enjoy its vibrant fruit.
Yeti Rouge 2024
La Tribu Alonso
The 2024 Yeti cuvée is a wine as atypical as its name, born in Beaujolais under the passionate impetus of the collective La Tribu Alonso. This 100% Gamay, or rather, should we say "100% Gamay diversity," brings together no fewer than 31 different varieties of this grape: Gamay teinturier, white, rosé, old clones, forgotten plants... A mosaic of grapes that reflects the richness of life and the free spirit of its winemakers.
The grapes are grown on granitic soils, without synthetic products, following a completely natural approach, even without certification. After a 5-day semi-carbonic maceration in fiber tanks, fermentation occurs thanks to indigenous yeasts, without oenological input. The wine is then aged for 12 months in concrete eggs, which brings roundness, energy, and balance, without woody masking.
The result? A vibrant and juicy red wine, with a light and brilliant color. The nose reveals crisp red fruits, a herbaceous touch, some sweet spices, and a peppery hint. On the palate, it is fluid, digestible, with a beautiful texture that remains fresh and elegant. A smooth Gamay, but never simplistic.
Yeti can be enjoyed as an aperitif, with artisanal charcuterie, lightly spiced dishes, or even grilled white meats. It's a wine of immediate pleasure, which appeals to both the curious and enlightened lovers of lively natural wines, to be drunk young or within 5 years.
Yggdrasil Red 2015
Yggdrasil is a blend of Merlot grown organically on limestone sands in the Carcassonne region. The grapes are vinified in whole bunches and infused for ninety days; the wine is then aged in vats on its lees for eleven months. The result is a fresh and long wine with notes of black fruits, thyme, and cinnamon, perfect for pairing with red meats or game. Aging potential: ten years.
Natural wine with no added sulfites.
Yoga Red 2021
Terroir, plot size and grape varieties
It is in the heart of the Rhône Valley, on a terroir freely interpreted under the "Vin de France" label, that Justine Vigne crafts Yoga 2021. A 100% Syrah cuvée, cultivated with passion on sun-drenched soils, where the vines draw their strength from the rock and time. This choice of a free appellation allows the winemaker to express, without constraint, the full richness of her grapes, remaining true to the identity of her vineyard and her artisanal vision of winemaking.
Cultivation methods
At Justine Vigne, the vines are cultivated with the utmost respect for life. Using certified organic farming methods, each vine is tended by hand, with a gentle and intuitive approach. The harvest is exclusively manual, selecting only the finest grapes at perfect ripeness. Fermentation occurs naturally, thanks to the indigenous yeasts present on the berries, without the addition of sulfites, fining, or filtration: a radically pure approach that allows the fruit and the vintage to speak for themselves. Yoga is a living, authentic wine that reflects, without artifice, the work in the soil and the soul of the place.
Tasting & pairings
Dense and structured, Yoga 2021 presents a deep, velvety robe. From the first sniff, the wine seduces with enveloping aromas of ripe black fruits – blackberry, blueberry, blackcurrant – followed by a touch of toasted almond and subtle roasted notes reminiscent of cocoa or coffee. On the palate, the attack is ample, the texture generous, supported by smooth tannins and a beautiful tension that balances the richness of the fruit. The finish, persistent and warm, leaves an impression of harmony and fullness.
This characterful red wine pairs beautifully with regional cuisine: beef stew with olives, roast leg of lamb, mushroom gratin, or a selection of mature cheeses. For those with more patience, a few years of cellaring will allow it to gain complexity and depth. Yoga is a wine that is both grounded and vibrant, inviting you to disconnect and enjoy yourself, in a perfect balance between power and elegance.
Yuzu Liqueur Spirit 50cl
At the heart of a family Mediterranean plantation, Lemon Story has been cultivating rare citrus fruits for over ten years with remarkable artisanal standards. This Yuzu Liqueur fully embodies this expertise, sublimating an exceptional fruit, still too little known, in an expression of great purity.
Made from yuzus freshly picked from the estate, this liqueur reveals all the richness of the fruit processed in its entirety. The pulp provides a vibrant zest, while the peels release their essential oils, offering depth and aromatic complexity. This meticulous work allows access to an aromatic palette rarely achieved, where intense citrus notes, delicate floral touches, and a slight noble bitterness mingle.
To the eye, the color seduces with its luminous hue, evoking the freshness of freshly opened fruit. The nose opens with an explosion of citrus, dominated by yuzu, between lime, mandarin, and zesty nuances. On the palate, the balance is remarkable. The texture is soft, almost silky, with no alcoholic sensation despite its 30 percent. Cane sugar, used with precision, supports the aromas without ever masking them, extending the tasting with a fresh and persistent finish.
Designed for pure tasting as well as for cocktail creation, it excels perfectly in a Lemon Story Fizz, where its vivacity brings a refreshing and immersive dimension.
The bottle, with its slender design inspired by citrus segments, extends the experience. Reusable as a carafe or vase, it embodies a sustainable and aesthetic vision, true to the spirit of the house.
Zapoï Rouge 2020
Les En Hauts
Rather gurgling but with substance, silky and velvety, dry and tangy, this delicious and indulgent wine offers a rather animal nose with notes of hay. On the palate, cherry, a lovely length, and a nice acidity. Zapoï, a cuvée from the Les En-Hauts project, is the result of the joint effort of winemakers Damien Coquelet and Frédéric Cossard. It comes from fifty-year-old Gamay vines growing in Beaujolais. It is the result of whole-bunch semicarbonic maceration, and is aged for ten months in concrete eggs.
The word "Zapoï" makes you think of Groland, obviously, but do you know the origin of the term? Zapoï is a Russian practice consisting of a binge lasting several days, the result of prolonged alcohol consumption. A proper zapoï should lead to a blackout (you don't remember anything), and regular awakenings where you get drunk again to avoid a hangover. In some cases, you wake up far from home in the snow. This scourge on life expectancy, fortunately, has only a very distant logical connection with the wine we are concerned with here. Let's just say that, presumably, the sound of the name appealed to the two winemakers.

Les En-Hauts is not strictly speaking a wine estate but a project of vintages produced in partnership between Damien Coquelet and Frédéric Cossard. These two great figures of Burgundy viticulture—yes, Beaujolais is in Burgundy—had every reason to join forces to create colorful and flavorful vintages together.
Frédéric Cossard is a biodynamic and natural star of Burgundy winemaking, who gives voice to Burgundy's terroirs and wines, undeformed by agricultural chemicals. His vintages are pure and elegant without artifice and are among the most sought-after in Burgundy. His practice is not limited to Burgundy, as some vintages are made from grapes purchased in other regions. His vines are cared for according to the principles of biodynamics: homeopathic treatments based on essential oils, copper, and sulfur in minimal doses. The harvest is entirely manual, carried out at full maturity.
Damien Coquelet, for his part, is the worthy successor of the great organic winegrowers to whom we owe the advent of nature in the Beaujolais region: he is the son-in-law of Georges Descombes and Jean Foillard was his mentor, continuators of the pioneering work of Jules Chauvet and Marcel Lapierre. Owning nine hectares in Morgon on granite-sandy soils, he cultivates two and a half hectares plus a few leased vines: in all, four hectares on the legendary Côte du Py. A specialist in Morgons that Morgonnent and Chiroubles that Chiroublent, he embodies the true nature of Beaujolais.
