Entre Les Vignes #1 Bourgogne - Book

It was logical to start with Burgundy, a thousand-year-old wine-growing region, to launch the mook collection. Between the Vines” by Reverse Editions. This dense and detailed work pays tribute to the Burgundy terroirs and the winegrowers who bring them to life in an organic, natural, and additive-free way. Fifteen winegrowers take the floor to explain their profession, their choices, their commitment to their climates and their terroirs. (See also on our site the number 2 of the series,With the natural winegrowers of Auvergne.)

Local in climate

From Athénaïs de Béru to François de Nicolay and Emmanuel Giboulot, the book is divided between long monograph interviews with each winemaker, brief presentations of their estate and spotlights on one of their emblematic vintages. A preface by Cédric Klapisch, director of the film (2017), author-d-1gg9uz65z1iz85zgdz68zmqkz84zo2qovvz69zqgz73zub61z88zz85z5z82znz69zhbpz80zz77zz68zz122z86ce6ez81zqe"> a foreword by Guillaume Laroche and a glossary complete the work. Even if our Frédéric Cossard is not there, you can find his vintages on our website!
