L'intrépide White 2021
It's undeniable: L'Intrépide, a full-bodied, long, and delicious wine, truly lives up to its name and is fearless. A 100% Pinot Gris macerated wine exists, and it can soar to great heights when vinified with care. Its color is already astonishing, and the rest is just as impressive. Totally magical, on the palate, the lively and full-bodied attack is supported by a lemony freshness characteristic of great limestone terroirs. The lingering finish is highlighted by tannins melted during maceration. The twenty-five-year-old vines, all located on the estate, are harvested by hand; the grapes are destemmed. Maceration, using indigenous yeasts, lasts four to eight days. Aging for eight months in Alsatian barrels on fine lees precedes bottling without filtration. Puls'Art White 2022
Here's Puls'Art from Domaine Einhart, a natural, organic (Ecocert) macerated white wine classified as AOC Alsace. Don't confuse it with a Poulsard because of its name (the Poulsard grape variety is found in the Jura region, a little further south). This magical wine is called Puls’Art simply because it pulses, and skin-macerated Gewurztraminer is a great art—we affirm it.
Vinification
The Gewurztraminers used to produce Puls’Art, aged twenty-five years and sourced entirely on the estate, are harvested by hand and then destemmed. Maceration lasts one week, and fermentation is carried out using indigenous yeasts. Aging on fine lees is ten months in barrels, followed by unfiltered bottling. From the vine to the cellar, this wine was made without any additives.
Tasting
Puls’Art has a bright orange color. The first nose, very appealing, brings aromas of candied apricot and rose petals. The second nose, very fresh, evokes green cardamom. The attack on the palate is ample, balanced, with a velvety sensation. On the palate, we find the aromas of ripe apricot from the first nose. The finish is powerful and spicy, vibrant, "a limestone lollipop," according to the winemaker's expression. Decanting is recommended so that your Puls'Art spreads its wings and expresses its mineral and charming notes, both earthy and exotic. For pairings, it is all-terrain but also capable of the most delicate associations: do not hesitate to pair it with smoked fish, fine poultry, white meats, game birds, a wild mushroom risotto, and cheeses.

The aptly named Colline des Anciens is minerality personified: full of freshness and salinity, it is a dry white from Alsace with an alcohol content of 13.6% and a great aromatic depth. This minerality and aromatic depth reflect the great limestone terroir of the Rosheim hillsides: a clay-rich soil on a substrate of muschelkalk and pink limestone. The plots face south on a 20% slope, and the vines have an average age of thirty years. The blend of three Alsatian grape varieties is carried out as follows: the Riesling (40%) is directly pressed, while the Gewurztraminer (20%) and Pinot Gris (40%) are macerated for forty-eight hours. All the grapes come from the estate and are harvested by hand; both the viticulture and the work in the cellar are 100% free of additives and sulfites, and the wine is not filtered. Colline des Anciens is aged exclusively in Alsatian foudres (wooden vats of around a thousand liters).

Pet Nat White 2021
We are proud to present the natural sparkling wine from Domaine Einhart, a true bouquet of Alsace grape varieties, floral and cheerful, yet based on a solid framework due to skin maceration: this gives a resolutely vinous, complex, and profound character to a type of wine (Pet Nat) better known for its light, fruity, and airy notes. This makes it a rather paradoxical vintage, a firmly planted orange wine, but with added bubbles—light and joyful bubbles that do nothing to diminish the paradox. This is a festive wine, yet very mineral, very earthy, which has many strings to its bow and is not reserved for festivities: it demands to be savored on its own and especially at the table. At 12.5% ABV, it is composed of Sylvaner, Gewurztraminer, Riesling and Pinot Gris, entirely from the estate, harvested by hand. The vines, averaging thirty years old, grow on the muschelkalk soils of the Weingarten and Oberer Altenberg sites. Vinification begins with destemming, followed by a four-day maceration with indigenous yeasts. The wine is aged in bottles, on slats, for ten months before disgorging. Serve chilled.

Muscana White 2022
Muscana is an organic (Ecocert and AB labels) and natural dry white wine from Alsace from Domaine Einhart. Classified as AOC Alsace, this beautifully complex dry white is Domaine Einhart's homage to the Muscat grape variety.
Vinification
Muscana is a 100% Alsace Muscat, hand-harvested when overripe. The vines are approximately twenty-five years old and grow on the splendid oolitic limestone (muschelkalk) terroirs in the Fleckenstein, Westerberg, and Meyen localities. The harvest is destemmed, maceration in vats lasts one week, and fermentation is carried out using indigenous yeasts. The wine is aged in stainless steel vats on fine lees and is not filtered at bottling.
Tasting
Muscana offers a beautiful orange-amber color with superb brightness. The first nose offers rich, slightly smoky aromas typical of overripe Muscat berries. A second, very fine nose brings a hint of citrus fruit that encourages tasting. On the palate, the attack is straightforward and ample, accompanied by a melted acidity expressed through notes of candied quince. The finish is invigorating, with melted tannins linked to the maceration. We recommend decanting Muscana to help it develop its splendid aromas and serving it with choice dishes: fresh or smoked fish, vegetables including asparagus, white meats and foie gras.

Westerberg White 2021
Westerberg is a dry white wine full of character, elegance, and spice, offering the best of the estate's Riesling and Gewurztraminer: 90% Riesling and 10% Gewurztraminer grown on the great limestone terroirs of the Rosheim hillsides: soils of shell limestone with ceratites (fossilized limestone) and lettenkohl (muschelkalk carbonate) plates. A depth of one meter and eighty of soil with a grain size of 70% limestone and a layer of loess at one and a half meters, this is a superb minerality that benefits the wine. One hundred percent of the grapes come from the property. The average age of the vines is forty-five years, on plots facing south on a 30% slope. The grapes are entirely hand-harvested and destemmed. The Riesling is directly pressed, while the Gewurztraminer undergoes a forty-eight-day maceration before pressing. Everything is fermented with indigenous yeasts. The wine is aged for one year on fine lees and is bottled without filtration. No sulfites or any other inputs are added to the vineyard or the cellar. We recommend decanting this Westerberg.

Un vin orange d’Alsace éclatant, libre et gourmand
Avec cette Cuvée YARD x Einhart 2023, le Domaine Einhart sort des sentiers battus et propose un blanc de macération haut en couleur et en expression. Réalisée en collaboration avec YARD, cette cuvée en édition limitée conjugue l’énergie de la jeune scène gastronomique et le savoir-faire d’un vigneron engagé en agriculture biologique au cœur de l’Alsace.
L’assemblage de Pinot Gris et Gewurztraminer, deux cépages traditionnellement aromatiques, a été travaillé en macération de quelques jours pour en extraire matière, couleur et caractère. Le vin a ensuite été élevé 6 mois en cuve inox, sur lies, pour conserver une trame fraîche et éclatante. Le terroir calcaire renforce cette tension minérale qui équilibre parfaitement la richesse naturelle des cépages.
Un orange accessible, floral et légèrement épicé
La robe cuivrée brillante évoque déjà la gourmandise. Le nez est charmeur, très expressif : rose fraîche, zeste d’agrumes, pointe de caramel blond et épices douces. En bouche, le vin dévoile une texture soyeuse, avec une belle acidité et une fine structure tannique typique des vins oranges, mais ici très mesurée. L’ensemble est fluide, vivant, presque joyeux.
Cette cuvée se boit à 10-12°C, sans carafage, en toute simplicité mais avec du fond. Elle accompagne avec brio un barbecue estival, une cuisine asiatique parfumée, ou même des fromages à croûte lavée. À boire dès aujourd’hui ou dans les deux ans, pour profiter de sa fraîcheur vibrante.

Le Domaine Einhart, vigneron engagé de longue date en agriculture biologique, nous livre ici une cuvée blanche qui capture toute la fraîcheur et la gourmandise des grands blancs alsaciens, sans jamais trahir leur finesse. Ce millésime 2024, tout juste embouteillé, est le fruit d’un assemblage emblématique de la région : Auxerrois majoritaire, accompagné de Muscat, Pinot Gris et Riesling. Un quatuor alsacien vinifié en presse directe, sans fioriture ni sur-extraction, et élevé 7 mois en foudres sur lies fines pour conserver la pureté aromatique et la tension du vin.
Le sol argilo-calcaire, typique de la plaine alsacienne, confère à cette cuvée à la fois rondeur et verticalité. Aucun intrant œnologique, des levures indigènes exclusivement, et une vinification respectueuse des équilibres naturels : un blanc vivant, expressif, et absolument digeste.
Vivacité florale et gourmandise des fruits mûrs
Dès le service, la robe pâle et brillante annonce la fraîcheur du vin. Le nez est très aromatique, dominé par le citron jaune, des notes florales délicates (tilleul, jasmin) et une touche de fruit exotique bien mûr (litchi, mangue fraîche). En bouche, c’est une explosion de fraîcheur : attaque vive, milieu de bouche souple grâce à l’Auxerrois, et finale tendue portée par la patte du Riesling. L'équilibre est parfaitement maîtrisé.

True to his commitments to the TIFLO association, of which he is co-founder, Nicolas devotes his winemaking work to protecting the land and biodiversity, making wine without inputs, refusing harmful phytosanitary products, and maintaining ecological refuge areas. His estate has been certified organic (Ecocert and AB) since 2011. The estate produces white wines from maceration or direct pressing and a Pinot Noir red.
The best of Alsatian terroirs
Entirely manual harvests, destemming of the bunches, light punching down, and delicate pressing are characteristic of the estate, as well as the separate vinification of each terroir, aging on lees, and the absence of filtration before bottling. The wines are pure grapes, lively, powerful, invigorating, and transcribe the minerality of these very beautiful terroirs in the Vosges foothills.

Sous la houlette du Domaine Einhart, en Alsace, la cuvée Weingarten incarne la délicatesse d’un Sylvaner travaillé avec justesse sur un terroir d’argilo-calcaire. Vinifié en bio certifié, sans artifice œnologique, ce vin naturel blanc exprime une belle pureté de fruit, équilibrée par une trame fraîche et droite. Ici, le cépage le plus humble s’épanouit pleinement sur les sols les plus généreux.
La vinification repose sur une macération pré-fermentaire à froid (12 à 14 °C) durant 24 heures, favorisant l’expression aromatique sans extraire les composés tanniques indésirables. Le pressurage direct qui suit permet d’obtenir un jus clair et délicat, ensuite élevé en cuve inox pendant 10 mois, préservant toute la vivacité du vin. Le domaine mise sur une fermentation spontanée grâce aux levures indigènes, en respect total du raisin et de son écosystème.
À la dégustation, Weingarten 2024 dévoile une robe pâle aux reflets verts. Le nez est éclatant : fleurs blanches, notes herbacées et une pointe de fruits exotiques. En bouche, c’est l’élégance même : une matière ample mais toujours tenue par une fraîcheur verticale. Une légère amertume finale, bien maîtrisée, prolonge le plaisir et donne envie d’y revenir.

The Fleckstein 2023, from Domaine Einhart, is a superb expression of Riesling from clay-limestone soil, enhanced by artisanal vinification. After a low-temperature pre-fermentation maceration, designed to preserve the purity of the aromas while structuring the wine, this iconic grape variety was aged for one year in a sandstone egg. This unique container allows for a subtle exchange with the air, enhancing the wine's depth and texture while maintaining its freshness.
On the nose, this Riesling reveals an elegant aromatic blend of citrus, white peach, and white flower notes, enhanced by a flinty minerality typical of the terroir. On the palate, the attack is lively and crystalline, offering a beautiful tension supported by fruity flavors and dense salivation. The finish, long and marked by subtle bitters, allows the typicality of the limestone to fully express itself, with a horizontality and structure that enchants the taste buds.

With Albermohn 2023, Domaine Einhart offers us a more ambitious, deeper vision of Alsatian Pinot Noir. Coming from a remarkable plot, cultivated organically on a clay-limestone terroir, this red wine is vinified with extreme care, with a short but precise maceration, then aged slowly in tuns to preserve the purity of the fruit while gaining structure.
This 2023 already displays beautiful aromatic density and impressive length on the palate, while maintaining the fresh and elegant structure typical of the estate's reds. Albermohn is aimed at lovers of structured Pinots, but without excess oak or extraction: here, it's all about balance and harmony.
Elegance, substance and aromatic complexity
The intense ruby color suggests a wine of character. The nose is subtle yet profound, with aromas of ripe strawberry, stewed raspberry, a hint of pepper, and a lovely note of fresh almond that adds complexity.
