YARD Orange, White 2022
Danis dans la vigne
With YARD Orange, Danis dans la vigne ventures into the realm of skin-contact white wines, known as "orange" wines, which challenge traditional perceptions. This natural 100% Colombard cuvée, made from organically grown grapes on the clay-limestone soils of southern Lot, embodies a free and contemporary vision of white wine, full of color, energy, and sincerity.
An artisanal and precise orange wine
Several days of skin maceration allow this Colombard to extract aromas, body, and a subtle golden hue from its skins. No enological additives are used: spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts, no fining or filtration, and seven months of aging in stainless steel tanks to preserve the fruit's crispness. The result is a pure, vibrant, uncompromising natural wine.
A bright and lively palate
The nose evokes ripe apricot, citrus zest, and a very refreshing herbaceous touch. On the palate, the attack is frank and taut, with a beautiful structure provided by very fine tannins from the maceration. The overall impression is lively, easy-drinking, and leaves a tonic sensation on the finish.
For the curious and the unconventional
YARD Orange is best enjoyed between 10 and 12 °C, without decanting. It will naturally find its place as an aperitif, with vegetarian dishes, white meats, or Mediterranean-inspired cuisine. It is an enlightened thirst-quenching wine, to be drunk young to fully appreciate its fruity expression and freshness.
Coince ta bulle 2023 sparkling rosé
Terroir, plot size and grape varieties
In the heart of the Blaye-Côtes-de-Bordeaux appellation, on the right bank of the Gironde estuary, flourish the vines of Château Frédignac, a family estate driven by the sincere commitment of Vignobles L'Amouller. It is here, on sunny and breezy slopes, that Merlot finds its ideal expression. This emblematic Bordeaux variety, usually vinified as a red wine, reveals itself here in an unexpected and seductive light: as a naturally sparkling rosé. The temperate climate and clay-limestone soils of the vineyard lend the "Coince ta bulle" cuvée a beautiful freshness, a natural vivacity, and a crisp fruitiness that evokes the pure pleasure of the moment.
Cultivation methods
True to a peasant philosophy that respects all living things, the estate is managed using certified organic farming methods, bearing the AB and Nature & Progrès labels. Here, the vines are nurtured without synthetic inputs, in a careful balance between soil, plant, and human intervention. Biodiversity is encouraged, treatments are gentle and measured, and every intervention is carried out with the aim of preserving the soil's identity and the purity of the fruit. This approach naturally extends to the cellar, where the "Coince ta bulle" cuvée is crafted using the ancestral method: a single fermentation, without the addition of yeasts or sulfites, resulting in a brut sparkling wine that is spontaneous and vibrant. A free wine, reflecting the spirit of those who make it.
Tasting & pairings
"Coince ta bulle" 2023 is an invitation to lightness, freshness, and the simple joy of a shared moment. Its pale pink, delicately cloudy color heralds a vibrant nose of small red fruits—fresh strawberry, tangy raspberry—mingled with a lively touch of pink grapefruit. On the palate, the bubbles are fine and joyful, with a crisp and thirst-quenching attack. The fruit expresses itself naturally, in a perfect balance between natural sweetness and saline tension.
Ideal for relaxed moments, this naturally sparkling rosé is the perfect accompaniment to a summer aperitif, a platter of grilled vegetables, sushi, or marinated fish. It also works wonders at a barbecue with friends, where its light and fruity character refreshes the palate and sparks conversation. A wine for pure enjoyment, sincere and unpretentious, proving that natural wines can also be festive.
The One Beer 2021,
Cyclic Beer Farm
Animal, funky, racy, full of character, with a spicy touch and a clean, precise bitter finish, The One is a direct reference to James Brown: not only to his song "She's The One" but also to his concept of "The One": the absolute beat, the rhythmic energy capable of giving the ideal funky coloring to his music. Exactly as brett (wild yeasts) give Cyclic Beer Farm beers in general and this one in particular their desired funky note. The One was the first funky beer made by Cyclic, in 2016, and it is their only saison-style beer not aged in barrels. Instead of aging it in wood, as is the case with most of their funky saisons, they brew, ferment, and flavor in stainless steel tanks to promote the pure expression of the yeasts. The One is 5.8% ABV.

Cyclic Beer Farm is a duo of Barcelona friends, Alberto and Joshua. Based in the Catalan capital, they have two sides to their business: beer (Cyclic Beer) and wine (Cyclic Wine). The beers, inspired by the Belgian model, are available in surprising and colorful ranges where expertly measured yeast cocktails and house brews combine with varied macerations of fruits, vegetables, herbs and grape marc from traditional Catalan varieties, the latter taken after the fermentation of their wines - because the second part is the wine, made exclusively from native Catalan grape varieties. Packaged in 75 cl bottles so that everyone has something to satisfy their thirst, the beers play between classicism and flights of inspiration, in a contrasting and creative way, Catalan style, without forgetting to dare the wine beer, of course. Based on classic principles and a Belgian fermentation model, the two brewers-winemakers Joshua and Alberto play with ingredients, aromas, and macerations, between cereals, fruits, vegetables, and grape skins from Catalan grape varieties, to achieve flavors reminiscent of the Obni (unidentified drinkable object). Whether they assert themselves through balance or a certain controlled dissonance, these beers will never leave you indifferent and will reveal their full potential during the summer heat, served well chilled (like their creators).
The Wine Witch White 2024,
Les Grandes Serres
In the heart of Vaucluse, between Saint-Maurice-sur-Eygues and Visan, the Grandes Serres vineyard thrives on deep clay-limestone soils bordered by garrigue. The Wine Witch 2024, a subtle blend of Clairette, Marsanne, and Vermentino, is a generous white, both powerful and balanced, faithful to its terroir.
A bold and natural vinification
The uniqueness of this cuvée lies in a 24-hour maceration of the Vermentino grapes before pressing, providing structure and depth. Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel vats preserves the purity of the fruit, while partial aging in barrels (10% of the Marsanne) enriches the texture. Like all the house wines, The Wine Witch is unfiltered, with a light addition of sulfites to stabilize the whole.
A charming nose and a full palate
The nose opens with notes of ripe, even exotic fruits, accompanied by slightly buttery nuances. On the palate, the attack is supple and round, revealing a remarkable amplitude, carried by a rich and balanced structure. The finish is long, with a beautiful aromatic persistence.
What to enjoy with this bottle?
Served around 10-12°C, this racy white wine goes wonderfully with roasted white meats, grilled fish or even hard cheeses. With its aging potential of 5 years, it will evolve towards even more complex aromas.
Le Blouge à Nestor Rouge 2022
Domaine Bélicard
With Le Blouge à Nestor 2022, Domaine Bélicard offers us a unique cuvée, resolutely natural, free, and unconventional. The name says it all: a "blouge," a joyful contraction of white (blanc) and red (rouge), made from a blend of Gamay and Chardonnay, both organically grown in Beaujolais. A wine without artifice, to be shared without hesitation.
Here, the focus is on infusion: the hand-harvested grapes are vinified in whole bunches, with semi-carbonic fermentation that preserves all the freshness of the fruit. Maceration is short (about one month), then the wine is aged in wooden vats, with total respect for the juice, without any oenological inputs, using indigenous yeasts and very little, if any, sulfites.
In the glass, Le Blouge à Nestor seduces with its light, almost cloudy ruby color. The nose evokes fresh red fruits, kirsch cherry, spicy notes, and a floral touch. The palate is supple, fluid, incredibly easy-drinking but not simplistic. There's a beautiful liveliness, a light body, melted tannins, and a slightly spicy finish.
This is a wine made for aperitifs with friends, fine charcuterie, a warm salad, tapas, or simply for opening a good bottle without a specific occasion. Le Blouge is pure pleasure in a bottle, with that artisanal and sincere touch one expects from a well-made natural wine.
Beaujolais Lancié, Red 2020
Domaine Bélicard
This Beaujolais Villages cuvée from Domaine Bélicard embodies a more mature and profound version of Gamay, thanks to a sunny vintage and extended aging in large oak casks. A natural, authentic wine, 100% Gamay noir, drawing its structure and tension from the granite soils of Lancié, in the heart of Beaujolais.
Noble aging for vibrant fruit
Vinified in whole bunches, with a short maceration to preserve the grape's vibrancy, this wine undergoes spontaneous fermentation, without any oenological additives. The particularity of this 2020 version lies in its 8-month aging in large oak casks, a noble container that respects the fruit while bringing complexity and depth. This choice gives birth to a more accomplished cuvée, capable of aging while remaining pleasant in its youth.
A supple yet characterful red
The nose opens with candied red fruits, enhanced by sweet spices and a kirsch-like touch typical of well-ripened Gamay. On the palate, the attack is full, the texture velvety, supported by a beautiful mineral freshness. The balance is there: roundness, depth, and drinkability unite without heaviness.
For aperitif or more, if you wish
Serve between 14 and 16 °C, this Beaujolais Lancié 2020 expresses itself equally well alone as an aperitif or paired with stewed dishes, roasted white meats, or artisanal charcuterie. A lively wine to drink now or to keep for up to 5 years.

Learn more about Domaine Bois-Moisset
In the heart of France's oldest vineyard—Gaillac, in the Tarn region—Sylvie Ledran, Philippe Maffre, and their son Hippolyte oversee their Bois-Moisset estate, a wine-growing property associated with mixed crop and livestock farming, all organic. Gaillac is famous for its many ancient indigenous grape varieties, and its wine-growing heritage is uniquely rich.
Cows and Vines
Domaine Bois-Moisset is also home to a herd of old local breed cows, and guest rooms are available during the summer months. It is in this small rural paradise that natural wines typical of their origin and their terroir are born, on fifteen hectares of boulbènes, gravelly and sandy-loam soils carried by the Tarn for thousands of years.
Native grape varieties
The grape varieties are dominated by Syrah and Duras, but the wines of the Bois-Moisset estate reflect the ampelographic richness of the Gaillac region (braucol, prunelart, loin-de-l’œil, mauzac, braucol, ondenc, etc.). The red wines are crisply fruity, concentrated but with smooth and delicate tannins, the whites have character and the pet’ nat’ are particularly tasty.
A light, highly digestible red, designed for immediate enjoyment. Radically Glou 2024 is an invitation to conviviality and sharing.

Learn more about Domaine des Grandes Serres
Domaine des Grandes Serres, created in 1977 with respect for the environment and the terroir, represents the excellence and vitality, in organic and natural mode, of the prestigious Châteauneuf-du-Pape appellation, where it covers 12 hectares. To make his estate and merchant wines, he harvests, buys grapes, vinifies, and ages them over a wide area, centered around Châteauneuf and the southern Côtes-du-Rhône, extending to areas such as Lirac and the Costières de Nîmes.
An organic commitment without ostentation
A large portion of the Domaine des Grandes Serres vintages are organic and without added sulfites, although the estate does not publicly boast about it. Modestly, Samuel Montgermont, the estate's general manager, explains that the geological and climatic conditions, particularly the mistral wind, promote the health of the vineyard and allow for the elimination of inputs. While the labels don't take themselves seriously, the wines are solid, fresh, and flavorful.
