A mosaic blend: niellucciu, mourvèdre, muscat of Alexandria, muscat à petits grains, muscat of Hamburg, cardinal, chasselas, listan and sauvignon. Maceration depends on the vintage: generally three to five months, but there is one vintage that has been macerating since 2019. Aging is one year in barrels. This wine offers extraordinary notes of leather, smoke, and candied quince. It is a gastronomic all-terrain vehicle that can withstand anything.

The plot is planted with forty-six-year-old vines on limestone. Jean-Yves uses the finest grapes to make this vintage. The harvest macerates for two to six months, and this vintage is generally aged for twenty-four months. On the nose, citrus fruits are clearly noticeable. On the palate, it is more the acidity of the red fruits that is felt. The wine is persistent, with some herbaceous notes in the mid-palate.

The whole bunch maceration lasts two weeks in vats with indigenous yeasts. Aging is twelve months in barrels. No filtration, no addition of sulfites. I Vicini Moscato is an "orange" that combines the aromatic power of Muscat (floral notes, exotic fruits, candied apricot, beeswax), with a slight smoky note, and the rectitude, the tension of the maceration white. Although atypical, it is suitable for all situations.
