Longueteau Distillery

A unique taste, a true tasting white rum. The nose is powerful and extraordinarily fragrant. On the palate, it has great length with notes of white fruits. This white agricultural rum is made from a blend of blue and red cane juice. With little stirring, it retains the vegetal notes of its terroir of origin. A seven-month aging period in barrels gives it its finesse. Perfect for an exceptional ti-punch (lime, a hint of brown sugar, and an ice cube), it nevertheless deserves to be enjoyed on its own and without artifice.

The Longueteau distillery, located in Capesterre-Belle-Eau (Guadeloupe), is the oldest distillery on the island still in operation. It has the distinction of being entirely self-sufficient in sugar cane production, which it uses to obtain its magnificent terroir agricultural rums. Agricultural rum, we should point out, is made from pure sugar cane juice, unlike many other Caribbean rums, which are produced from cane molasses. It is a specialty of the French Antilles. The estate is currently in the hands of François Longueteau, a distiller since 1979. Production is, as it was originally, artisanal and traditional, but the sugarcane terroirs are developed using plot-by-plot methods—this is Longueteau's unique feature, the first distillery on the island to adopt this approach. Two varieties of sugarcane, blue cane and red cane, are cultivated, as well as fruits from the Guadeloupe region. Longueteau rums and the resulting preparations (punches, shrubberies, etc.) are fine, aromatic, deep, and fragrant.

Liqueur de Folle Noire 2014, Laurent Cazottes

This delicious amber-red liqueur is made from fresh grapes and brandy from the same grape variety: Folle Noire, typical of the Gaillac region. Round and fruity, it is reminiscent of the best Cartagenes fortés from Roussillon, with its supple, well-melted grape skin tannins and aromas of fresh fruit and candied plum. Try it with a well-made Roquefort cheese or a fromage blanc and strawberry dessert. Alcohol content: 18%.

Issu d'une parcelle de vieilles vignes de plus de 60 ans située à la frontière de Fleurie et Morgon, Dynamite 2024 révèle un Gamay profond et structuré. Le nez s'ouvre sur la mûre, la cerise noire, les fleurs et les épices, tandis que la bouche conjugue intensité, finesse et une remarquable longueur, soutenue par une belle trame minérale.

Vinification

Macération carbonique à froid pendant 20 à 25 jours, sans levurage ni ajout de soufre. Élevage de 7 à 9 mois en anciens fûts de 225 L et 600 L, puis mise en bouteille sans filtration selon le calendrier lunaire.

Les Gallongs est un Chardonnay issu de marnes calcaires qui rappelle les grands blancs du Mâconnais par son équilibre entre richesse et tension. Le nez s'ouvre sur les fruits blancs, les fruits secs, le tilleul et de délicates notes d'autolyse. La bouche est ample, saline et particulièrement minérale, avec une longue finale fraîche.

Vinification

Pressurage direct puis fermentation en barriques avec levures indigènes. Élevage de 18 mois sur lies en vieux fûts, sans bois neuf. Vin non collé, non filtré et élaboré avec très peu de sulfites.

Produite à partir des plus anciennes vignes du domaine, la Cuvée du Chaos est le vin le plus ambitieux de Yann Bertrand. Malgré sa concentration, elle conserve toute la délicatesse propre à Fleurie, avec des arômes de framboise, de cerise, de violette et d'épices douces. Un Gamay aérien, complexe et vibrant, qui privilégie l'élégance à la puissance.

Vinification

Vendanges manuelles, macération carbonique à froid durant 20 à 22 jours, fermentation avec levures indigènes, sans soufre ni levurage. Élevage de 8 mois en demi-muids et anciens fûts, puis mise en bouteille sans filtration et sans soufre ajouté.

Issu exclusivement de vieilles vignes de Meunier, ce Rosé de Meunier dévoile un profil gourmand et raffiné. Les arômes de fraise des bois, de framboise, de grenade et de pétales de rose sont soutenus par une bouche ample, fraîche et délicatement épicée, prolongée par une belle minéralité.

Vinification

100 % Pinot Meunier, dont environ 50 % de vins de réserve. Rosé d'assemblage provenant de vieilles vignes, fermentation en fûts, élevage sur lies et dosage Extra Brut de 2,5 g/L.

Sourced from their Mediterranean plantation, Meyer lemons are harvested at perfect ripeness and then processed immediately to preserve the full delicacy of their aromas.

True to the house's artisanal approach, each fruit is used precisely to express its full aromatic palette. The peels release delicate essential oils while the pulp provides natural sweetness and a rounder acidity than that of a classic lemon. Each batch thus reveals a unique personality, reflecting the living and the fruit.

To the eye, the color is adorned with a luminous hue with golden reflections, evoking the fruit's ripeness. The nose opens with candied citrus notes, blending sweet orange, lemon zest, and a hint of pomelo. Spicy and slightly herbaceous nuances enrich the whole, bringing complexity and elegance.
