This Chardonnay comes from fifty-year-old vines located near Rotalier (Jura). Obtained by direct pressing, it is aged for ten months in old barrels. It is a classic Jura Chardonnay that offers saline notes on the finish with a basket of yellow fruits.
Natural wine with no added sulfites.
