It was logical to start with Burgundy, a thousand-year-old wine-growing region, to launch the mook collection. Between the Vines” by Reverse Editions. This dense and detailed work pays tribute to the Burgundy terroirs and the winegrowers who bring them to life in an organic, natural, and additive-free way. Fifteen winegrowers take the floor to explain their profession, their choices, their commitment to their climates and their terroirs.
