Sans Ordonnance Blanc 2019, Les Vignes du Domaine du Temps
60% Muscat à petit grain, 40% Viognier growing on the clay-limestone soils of the Carcassonne region, near the Montagne Noire, in the Font-Juvénal area. The harvest ferments naturally in stainless steel vats. The wine is neither fined nor filtered. The nose is fine, complex and exotic, a little musky. The palate is aromatic with a lovely acidic structure. Gourmet and expressive, this wine will be excellent with fish and seafood.
Natural wine with no added sulfites.
