100% organic Ugni Blanc, from Villafranchian limestone soils in Saint-Jean-de-Fos (Terraces du Larzac appellation area), UB10 is vinified by direct pressing, without settling, and aged in old untopped barrels for thirty months. With its notes of fig, date and caramel, it can accompany blue cheeses, a Tatin tart or a caramel dessert.
Natural wine with no added sulfites.
