La Phacomochere Rouge 2012, Domaine La Sorga
Syrah and Cinsault, aged on schist soils in Vieussan, are blended directly after the harvest and macerated in whole bunches for ninety days. Aging takes place in old barrels for ten months. Its floral and slightly spicy aromas will pair well with roast meat, such as lamb with herbs. The aging potential of this wine is twenty years.
Natural wine with no added sulfites.
