A rosé that stands out: muscat à petits grains, cinsault, alicante, grenache, aramon, carignan and we certainly forget some, but it is certain that it owes much of its personality to the carignan, a spicy grape variety, and the all too rare aramon. A deep pink in the glass, an extraordinary length on the palate, a silky and sensual texture. The true nobility of rosé.
