La Diablesse Blanc 2008, La Grapperie
A pure Chenin Blanc from vines planted in 1935 on flint clay soils. The grapes are pressed directly at low pressure then transferred by gravity before undergoing fermentation in barrels on indigenous yeasts. An almond nose that continues on the palate with notes of white fruits and a beautiful acidic finish.
Natural wine without added sulfites.
