Suzanne is a 100% Chenin produced from vines planted on a clay-limestone and volcanic terroir. The grapes are harvested when overripe, when the berries are botrytized and raisined. They are macerated then pressed, and the wine is aged for 48 months under a veil in barrels. This magnificent concentrated white with oxidative and sweet notes can be considered a wine of meditation: a rare beverage, of great distinction, to be drunk alone after a meal or with the finest dishes.
Natural wine with no added sulfites.
