Under the strong leadership of Steven Seagal, this wine is a natural sparkling wine made entirely from Grenache Blanc grown in Pézenas on Villafranchian limestone. The wine is unfiltered and bottled by gravity after aging on slats for six months. Its notes of lemon and pear make it the perfect white to enjoy with dessert. Its aging potential is ten years.
Natural wine with no added sulfites.
