Sorgasme Blanc 2013, Domaine La Sorga
Sorgasme is a blend of Colombard, Vermentino and Ugni Blanc matured on Villafranchian limestone and clay-limestone soils in Puéchabon and Saint-Jean-de-Fos (Terraces du Larzac appellation). The Vermentino and Ugni Blanc are pressed directly without settling for the Ugni. All the must is first pressing, the Viognier macerates for fifteen days. One year of aging in vats for this wine with notes of exotic fruits and anise that will pair deliciously with Indian, Indonesian and Southeast Asian cuisine.
Natural wine with no added sulfites.
