Fier Heretique Rosé 2017, Domaine La Sorga
A mosaic blend: niellucciu, mourvèdre, muscat of Alexandria, muscat à petits grains, muscat of Hamburg, cardinal, chasselas, listan and sauvignon. The white grapes are left in whole bunches and soak in the juice of the red grapes directly pressed for thirty-five days. An initial aging takes place in vats for eleven months, then a second in bottles for four months. Notes of citrus, white fruits and hot stones: perfect for a barbecue. Aging potential: ten years.
