Pietre Blanc 2019, La Vinicola di Antonio Gismondi
Made from a blend of Malvasia di Candia and Falanghina, this Pietre Blanc evokes the pebbles of its native province by its name. The skin maceration lasts one or two days depending on the vintage, in stainless steel vats, as does the aging for six to ten months. Unfiltered, no sulfites at bottling. Well balanced between acidity and roundness, it offers above all, on the nose and on the palate, in addition to notes of Mediterranean herbs, white flowers and white fruits, the freshness of the Apennine climate and clay soil. It is a well-balanced, floral, fruity white that will harmonize with many dishes.
Natural wine without added sulfites.

It was Massimo Marchiori, from the Partida Creus estate, who inspired Maria and Pasquale Gismondi to develop their vineyard for the international market, using biodynamic and natural methods. Today, Anabele and Antonio continue the family work.
