Lots of freshness and precision in this Grenache with its vibrant fruit. Ripe red fruits and prunes.
A highly sought-after bottle because it is exceptional: it is the first vintage of the Hirofumi blend. 100% Grenache, from a plot in Collioure, at the top of a hill of schist and granite. A wine that can be found on the menus of the greatest restaurants in the world (Noma in Copenhagen, El Celler de Can Roca in Girona, etc.). Fine and perfectly balanced, we find flavors of almond, plum, cinnamon, etc. Long in the mouth, it is pure happiness.

Aging potential: 10 years

Natural wine with no added sulfites.
