This Nuits-Saint-Georges comes from vines planted on cool terroirs made up of brown limestone soils, finely gravelly, and clay-silt fractions. The grapes macerate in whole bunches. The wine is aged for about a year in barrels. The wine, with its finesse, will accompany red meats, freshwater fish stews or mushrooms of all kinds.
Natural wine with no added sulfites.
