La Bottière Blanc 2018, Jean-Yves Péron
This is a 100% Jacquère from different plots with limestone soils, including old vines. The grapes are harvested at the end of October and macerate for three months. They are aged for one year in barrels. This maceration wine offers a beautiful minerality and well-rounded notes of white fruits.
A natural wine with no added sulfites.
