The photo used does not correspond to the item sold: it is indeed the maceration wine.
As its name suggests, this wine from the "I Vicini" series by Jean-Yves Péron is made by skin maceration from Muscat from Piedmont. The whole bunch maceration lasts two weeks in vats with indigenous yeasts. Aging is twelve months in barrels. No filtration, no addition of sulfites. I Vicini Moscato is an "orange" that combines the aromatic power of Muscat (floral notes, exotic fruits, candied apricot, beeswax), with a slight smoky note, and the rectitude, the tension of the maceration white. Although atypical, it is suitable for all situations.
Natural wine without added sulfites.
