Gel II Blanc 2017, La Sorga
The Grenache Blanc grapes from the Hérault Valley are directly pressed and not settled. The wine is aged on lees, in vats, for eleven months. Its mineral notes, enhanced by a touch of fennel, call for seafood and fish. Aging potential: ten years.
