Charmay, which means "chardonnay and gamay", refers to the blend of this wine obtained biodynamically on the clay-limestone soils of the Jura. Clear and limpid, it is a truly enjoyable wine, fruity and vibrant, which can be paired with many types of dishes and even fish (in sauce, in matelote, etc.).
Natural wine without added sulfites.
