A direct reference to the “Brutal” wine project, this macerated white savagnin, obtained biodynamically, comes from gray limestone marl soils. Dense and crisp, it is a good companion for dishes in sauce such as blanquettes, chicken with rice, or for navarins and other veal or lamb sautés.
