Brutal is a concept inspired by Barcelona's Bar Brutal: any natural winemaker can make a vintage, part of which is intended for the bar. The principle is to obtain a fruity and easily drinkable wine. Jean-Louis Pinto's is a 100% Carignan from vines grown on friable schist soils. The harvest macerates for nine months in whole bunches. The wine is mineral and full of character, bright and energetic fruit, good balance between acidity and freshness.
