Brutal is a concept inspired by the Bar Brutal in Barcelona: any natural winemaker can make a cuvée, part of which is intended for the bar. This red, made from equal parts Syrah and Gamay from Auvergne, has a beautiful, slightly cloudy ruby ​​color. It has great aromatic purity: the nose reveals notes of rose, while the palate identifies cherry, strawberry, and an earthy touch (graphite) common in the volcanic soils of Auvergne, as well as black pepper. The only reservation we can make is that this wine does not deserve its name: it is all fruit and sweetness.
Natural wine with no added sulfites.
